As an elder radiographer, the beam limitation on most of those images is unacceptable. Whenever you see the face irradiated on a skull projection, you know that protocols set a century ago are still being used even though the Light Beam Diaphragm has developed since. If the thyroid is exposed to the primary beam in a skull projection, it is a special category of assault.
