毎回先っぽに、茶色い塊（たぶん土）がついて若干膨らんだ位で枯れます😢どうしたらいいですか？

植物は松に限らず、グリーンシードと言いまして、完熟前が発芽率が高いです。私の場合毎年､10月半ばから11月初旬に採取して居ります。
