@craigsibley8161 P&H recently sold 2 brand new 4800XPC shovels. The P&H 4800Xpc is the only machine that can load 400 ton haul trucks with only 3 passes. The new giant is rated at 135 tons capacity per bucket. So I would have to agree with you, P&H is the daddy.

We have 7 p&h 4100 at work one of them being the very first ever produced. We also had the first three ever made p&h 2800 shovels. There are three met coal mines in my valley and the most norther mine has the first and maybe the only p&h 4800
