No way that house is worth a million dollars. Half of it is unfinished and the backyard is non-existent. There are tons of properties that are better for $600K-$650K.
@carver9312 I don't like HOA'S because I don't like anyone else in control of my property but me I like to build around my house what I can build without going through sorry to say a corrupt board that likes to penalty you for everything my property will always be maintained
Money isn't the problem with HOAs. It's mother may I change the color of my door. At a million dollars I'm not interested in asking permission. My friend wanted to plant flowers and she was given an approved list of the only type of flowers to plant in her brand new home 😢
