Progressive Savate drill - using a simple rope

One of three Australian videos to have won the 'single male short video' section of the 'Savate Around the World' competition, as organized by the Federation Internationale de Savate (FISav). The video was produced to promote individual solo training during the Corona virus lockdown 2020.

Drill - we demonstrate a progressive Savate drill working Esquive, by weaving around a rope.
Angled footwork is added in the form of Decalage and two variations of Debordement, which can either take the person off the axis in order to attack on a new line, or add power to kick.
Follow up kicks and punches are included.
