  • Lie with your waist over the swiss ball and place your hands on the floor in front of you. With your legs straight and close together, lift your legs and squeeze your glutes. Lower legs to original position. Repeat.
    Tip: Do not extend your legs past a point where you feel this exercise in your lower back. This exercise is about engaging your hamstrings and glute muscles.
