Firstly , that combine isn't old , it's run in . Lovely bit of kit . Like to see you giving the lady the proper care and attention. Great video 👍🇬🇧 . Looking forward to your harvest .
Took the time to watch everyone one of your videos in the last 2 weeks. I am from close to your area and grew up on a farm with similar equipment. Really love this channel. I really liked the idea about a weekly video you talked about. I my channel really took off since making a schedule and sticking to it. Your channel has a much higher ceiling than mine and I think would benefit greatly for it.
VGG is great! Sad he moved out of MN. He sure is funny! My favorite tool he references is the Lightning Scissors (Plasma Cutter). Nice looking combine!
I thoroughly enjoyed this video because I also have a JD 4400. There are a number of videos related to it on my channel. I got mine in 2016 and have been very pleased with it. Everything you did on it looked so familiar because I've gotten to know this old combine very well. In terms of the brakes, If you have footage of rebuilding the brakes, that would be useful. Also, if you rebuild the parking brake, that would be helpful too. Mine won't adjust anymore.
Glad you're back, didn't even realize that you bought this. Think I remember all your videos being with the 55. Happy Thanksgiving to you and the family. Hope it's a great one this year. Looking forward to seeing more videos from you.
You’re quite correct. Since I didn’t edit or publish any significant videos from 2021, the 4400 hasn’t gotten any attention here on UA-cam. My bad, lol! Happy Thanksgiving to you too! And thanks for finding your way back to the channel!
@@ravenviewfarm hey it happens to the best of us, I have videos from several years ago that I haven't done anything with yet. Need to get back on track sometimes daily life just gets in the way of recording especially when there's a lot to do.
On the way! Holidays and family time slowed me down, and Dad needed to undergo an unexpected minor surgery, so I’ve been shouldering some extra responsibilities while he’s been recovering. I was processing and editing video last night though, so another one will be up in a day or two!
The manual recommends 10w-30, especially if you’re operating in colder conditions. Sounds like late autumn in MN to me. At no point does it specify an oil heavier than 30W. Plus, this machine sees less than 50 hours a year. I’m pretty sure she’ll be just fine. So to answer your question, yes, I noticed.
Nice to see your back Nice information about your combine Wishing your family a happy thanksgiving Thanks for now

That sure is a super clean looking combine, and those hand tachs are gold.
Nice update. You will like that machine for what your doing
Nice looking 4400.

Im looking at a 4400 with corn and soy bean heads and carts for 6500
What was the moisture on those grasshoppers 😄.
Thanks for sharing, nice looking rig.
I still run my 55 for corn and my gleaner for soybeans if I get bad weather for beans I can do corn and not switch heads
Nice machine, should last you a long time the way your servicing it.
👍👏👏👏
Where is all the harvest videos man

What are you asking for the 55
Turns out it's sold!
@@ravenviewfarm ok thank you
Did you notice you dumped t4 10w 30 oil in a diesel??? Those engines need 15w 40 all the time! 10w 30 will ruin that engine quicker.

The grasshoppers are coming into the hopper with the beans? That’s crazy. Extra protein.
Sad to see the nifty ol’ 55 go.
Satisfyingly crunchy too!
