I have documented all the facts with an informative documentary explaining how this happened and why it is a terrible idea. Take a look you will be shocked just how bad it truly is.
Spoiler alert: infantry privates are used as janitors and landscapers, and on occasion...as mechanics. Don't go infantry. You'll hate your life. Join the air force, you'll actually enjoy it.
When I was in the army infantryMEN were badasses. Barroom brawls was not looked down on. We were BADASSES! we wore our Infantry cord with pride! Now, little girls are in the infantry? Are you kidding? What a joke. What humiliation on REAL infantryman!
Remember that this is only a training school. When you get into a real T.O.&E. unit then the real training begins. Real learning comes from decades of experience. Don't think a job in the infantry branch will help any career in civilian life. It hasn't and never will. Even if you try to stay in the military all promotions you need to make that career are on a needs basis. If they have all the Sergeant's they need there will be no promotions. Generally, it is a situation of "move up" or "move out" for every military, regardless of nation. As you get into civilian life you might find employers claiming they hire veterans. Why? Your a big tax deduction for the first two years after discharge. At least in America. After that it's "Who cares about you." So if you go into the military just go to do something for a bigger cause than the self. Expect nothing in return. Because you do, you will be disappointed. Had many job interviews that were going well, until that part where I stated my military service. The next thing I heard was, "I don't think you're conducive for our clientele." One was my attempt at getting a councilor position in a Reform School. Young people that are sent there will be going to prison next. Not condusive to our clientele? BS if anything else. Add to the fact you will have more problems with arthritis as you age, other possible problems as age progresses. Just join up and serve a greater good and never expect anything else.
Sorry that happened to you. ☹️ Military members have proven dedication/work ethic simply by history of serving so I don’t know why employers would want to avoid them.
Everyone working in any job, civilian jobs, an employer is looking for three things. Each employee makes the employee's paycheck, the employee's paycheck, and, a profit for the employers. This should tell everyone that a job merely puts food on your table, a roof over your head, and, possibly something left over to pay other bills. The only way to succeed is to have a business if your own. Just try to get investment capital to start your own business. Those same employers want job skills, not qualities that employers want. Another fact is every employer will only pay the least amount that it takes to get somebody to do that job. This is why polititions are paid a lot of money from big corporations to allow desperate immigrants, legal or illegal, in the country. The cost of labor is the only cost that can be manipulated. Land and Capital are fixed costs. This is conundrum of the regular working slug in this country. You can never have enough left over to generate investment capital to invest in your own business. There was a time decades ago that the Democratic Party looked out for the regular working slug. Now days the Democratic Party doesn't give a dam about anything other than maintaining power. To propagate silly issues of Marxist ideals, climate change crap, leftist issues and such. So go be a soldier, sailor, airman or a Marine. Have the satisfaction that you are doing something for a greater good. And, serve a nation of people that would just as soon spit on your grave. Plenty of Vietnam veterans endured that ridicule.
If anybody is interested I did that infantry thing too. Was one of those 11C mortar crewmen. Must have been good at it. The US Army brass sent me orders to attend IMPOC school. A specialized school for master mortar gunnery. A school for E-7 Platoon Sergeants, I was a Corporal.
There will come a time, once and again, when Infantrymen will be inserted and extracted from the Battlespace Downrange in Action and Active Combat Operations, via Watercraft Operators ,using Army Logistics Support Vessels ( AR LSVs) in the Next War.
Do you have an updated version because just b4 3:52 I saw infantry firing a 60mm against a tank. As 13 Psyop BN, please update this absurdity in light of Ukraine's obvious combat footage?

Going infantry with an age waiver in March. Did well in school and wanna take the next challenge. It took me a while to decide. However, the recruiter was all about it and made it seem simple. I thought about the Air Force but the jobs seemed uninspiring. My great grandfather was in WW1 and WW2 serving in the fourth infantry. Women are great at many MOS. USA valued it mothers, sisters, daughters at one time and would never put them on front line. It was not a anti-woman reason but a protection and value belief. This is all liberal PC stuff. its poison is everywhere now
@@todd9016 That's a dumb argument. At the end of the day war doesn't discriminate whether you're female or male and I don't by this "we need to keep women from serving for their protection" BS. If they wanna serve then let them it's as easy as that.
@@pwnage1731 You argument is equally dumb. I served with a guy who was 6-11 and over 300 pounds. During training, I solo fireman's carried him 600 yards when he was declared a casualty in field training. If it were real and his life depended on a soldier getting him to the medic there isn't a female on the planet strong enough to solo carry him. I doubt they could drag him, so if it took two or three female soldiers to do what I could do as an individual it is a loss of manpower. Women and men are DIFFERENT it is biology and no amount if SJW bullshit is going to change that. Women are not as strong, slower, are far more susceptible to serious injuries than men. Female athletes tear ligaments at a 60% greater rate than their male counterparts. It isn't about their rights or letting them serve because they want to. It is about combat effectiveness and women in infantry units LOWER that units effectiveness 100% of the time. The Marine Corps has been keeping stats on this since it was mandated to allow women in combat MOS's. Mixed platoons ALWAYS lag behind their all-male counterparts in EVERY area.
If they can meet the male standard, I have no qualms about females in the infantry. However I do take issue with the military lowering standards for females.
It's not just standards. It's the 10 day missions outside the wire using piss bottles and taking baby wipe baths right next to your brother. Infantry calls for you to do all forms of business with no regard for privacy or modesty. I don't see how it works for females.
Putting "alpha" males (for lack of better word) in prolonged stressful periods besides healthy females and you seriously think the only issue is simply "do they qualify physically"? I'm all for females to join the army, even infantry BUT make it all female and all male units, no mixing. Its just bad when that happens. Its nothing about segregation based on sexism, its just pure biology.
@@ironbrigador6600 I agree man. But Washington can't use the "s" word (segregation). I think that would be the best route. All female platoons or companies with the same standards as males.

When I was in the army infantryMEN were badasses. Barroom brawls was not looked down on. We were BADASSES! we wore our Infantry cord with pride! Now, little girls are in the infantry? Are you kidding? What a joke. What humiliation on REAL infantryman!
They call it Infantryman for a reason
After that it's "Who cares about you."
So if you go into the military just go to do something for a bigger cause than the self.
They forgot about cutting grass and mopping in the rain and etc 😂

Going infantry with an age waiver in March. Did well in school and wanna take the next challenge. It took me a while to decide. However, the recruiter was all about it and made it seem simple. I thought about the Air Force but the jobs seemed uninspiring. My great grandfather was in WW1 and WW2 serving in the fourth infantry. They were chasing bandits on the boarder before being sent to WW1. He was gassed in the first war and shot in the second. Do we have a choice on the unit or station? I’d like to be in the 4th like he did.

1. Follow directions
2. Right place, right time, right uniform
3. Try hard at pt to better yourself in all aspects, whatever u are weak at start doing your own pt to get better at that.
4. Sound off and don't be afraid to speak to a drill sergeant, remember to always stand at parade rest and address them as "drill sergeant blah blah blah drill sergeant"
5. Don't be afraid to police the retards in the platoon, of Course don't be a complete dickhead or else people won't like you.
That's about it, just follow directions the first time and focus on the task at hand, its gonna be hard while ur there but ull look back at it and remember it being pretty easy. Its a check the box course so all u really have to do is show up and meet the minimum standards to pass (at the end of osut ull see what I mean when u look around ur platoon and go "how the fuck did those 2 guys make it"). Just stay as motivated as possible, 30th Ag will suck dick but remember you'll be out of there soon, in red phase you'll be put with impossible time hacks and other stupid shit that will get your platoon smoked everyday, just keep remembering that it gets better and everyone has to go through it. Be prepared to get smoked because of other people. That's about it if u have any questions let me know. Good luck!

Women are great at many MOS. USA valued it mothers, sisters, daughters at one time and would never put them on front line. It was not a anti-woman reason but a protection and value belief. This is all liberal PC stuff. its poison is everywhere now
Description on pt/strength training routine? I have some questions
Tattooed Soldier dude stfu I’m enlisted and I’m saying that shit😭 you have no idea wtf you are talking about.
Is a standing army in the constitution?
There is a clause in the preamble allowing for "common defense" of the country
as long as everyone else has them so shall we.
