State Police Identify Thirty-Year-Old Cold Case Victim
The New Jersey State Police Cold Case Unit and the Warren County Prosecutor's Office have identified Wendy Baker of Coatesville, PA as the victim in the unsolved homicide that occurred in October of 1991 in Warren County.
Wendy, who was 16 years old at the time of her death, was found 30 years ago in a wooded area near Interstate 80 in Knowlton Township. Although her identity has brought detectives a step closer to solving the case, they still need your help.
