John, Solos come in standard lengths M780, M850, M920, & M990. These are powered by Mercedes Engines. Cummins powered Solos require extra rear bodywork to accommodate the larger engine so their length was increased by .3m. There's 2 different types of Solo based at Faverdale Depot. The M880 (2852-61) and the M950 (2830/2/3/5/6/41/64/5).
Just got a very recent bunch of 72 plate ADL E200 MMCs in seemingly to replace a lot of the old solos
