You might also wish to look into Freddy as FRO7 - it is a British cartoon made in the early 1990s that is quite insane.

@@PlayCONtent The director said he wanted to make a "British" version of a Disney Renaissance movie - so he made it about an anthropomorphic frog who is a French secret agent, of course. There is a British and American version - the American version cuts out the flashing and the Ku Klux Klan.
