A CEO bought a Ferrari car and his employee came to congratulate him on his new whip. After that, the CEO then told the employee, “If you work harder, maybe by next year, I will buy another one lol Anyways, I don’t know who, but someone needs to hear this, you’ve got to stop saving all your money. Venture into investing some if you really want financial freedom
Beautifully said. I tell my folks these words everyday. It’s good to save money but most people don’t understand the market moves and tend to be misled in facts like this and always depends on money in the bank
A lesson from my grandfather, the owner, and founder of his own company worth millions. Always act with compassion and take good care of your employees; if building a foundation is essential, the same applies to a company. Consistently my grandfather would say thank you more often and buy treats for his employees for doing such a great job. Every year at Christmas, he would invest into buying all his employees a bottle of crown royal and a ham just as a thank you for everything done during the year. I always admired this about him and his approach. He really left an impact on a lot of people, including myself.

I feel #2 is the most important. If you don't have a vision then you probably don't have a purpose or a goal. Without this, success is going to be very hard and most likely will not happen.
Here are two books as a long time CEO helped me written by retired US Navy SEALs: Extreme Ownership and Can't Hurt Me. My mentor Mark Divine is another retired SEAL Commander who wrote The Way of the SEAL.
Respect is relative. A CEO must be able to motivate his/her team members, both in positive & negative ways. Openness to negativities is important, when that's effective.
@@Craig121000 hi Sir. Any real life examples to share that you might have seen or heard. Or atleast elaborate more so that I can get a better understanding.
GRIT-Courage and resolve; strength of character. This is an amazing teaching. I am building myself up to this level of edification and need more encouragement to pursue this relentlessly.
Definitely honesty for sure Alux. And keeping the environment in positive ways. Thank You Alux as always wonderful excellent informative as only you can deliver Alux.✨🙏🎉💯☀️🌻😊😀👏👏✨

One thing I’d add for a successful CEO as someone who not one yet but knows what I like to see in a leader. It’s the ability to know when to follow and know when to lead.
Remarkably well-crafted; similar to a book that's known for its craftsmanship. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight
Great video Alux! I definitely think having a passion for their job and its people are super important! as the CEO is the leader of all the people that work at the company! And being passionate about what you do will allow you to outwork everyone! 😁
Remember my dear friend: no matter who you were, whoever made you down, still you're unique, beautiful, and talented🌸 how dare someone can rule on you? You're the the king\queen of your own life& happiness. You matter! Get up, go forward, and start doing what you like. You're the best, if you believe ✨ I believe in you, love from a small UA-camr 🖤

Sad there's only 2 woman in the video, and one is a voice talking about this great man. I'm sure you could've found more great woman to represent amazing skills
I don't know who have to see this but,I think the pandemic has taught People the importance of having a backup plan and multiple streams of income unfortunately having a job doesn't mean security..

Interesting, most people don't understand the market moves and tend to be mislead in facts like this and always depend on Money in the Bank very bad idea
I understand the fact that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is a hard thing to do because I have no idea of how and where to invest in?
If your customers are happy but your employees aren't, then there is something wrong with your company and it's a must needed skill for every CEO to fix it

Let's all appreciate how Alux has improved from long videos to concise ones and also the time stamps.👑
Time Stamps can be put only when UA-cam LAUNCHES the feature and that's bit recent

The first and most fundamental skill a CEO should have is to know how to become a CEO.
Being Empathetic and a good Listener are also crucial skills for an CEO.(In my opinion)
Love Alux too much. This was the topic I was searching for ages and all of the blogs out there listed something stupid.
Love the vision and follow through, this is key! Reason why we focus so much on VISION!
Assemble Innovators! Let’s get it!
I think a CEO should definitely be a good listener and be respectful to co workers
Respectfulness is a must!
Respect is relative. A CEO must be able to motivate his/her team members, both in positive & negative ways.

#15 that's a dangerous one because you gotta be at a certain level to be able to do it well and most fail
CEO should have intuitive skills and should follow up regularly on every task delegated. Get out of the way of your employees but not out of sight.
Alux is always a vibe

Thanks Alux 🌅🌅
I always watch alux with my eyes closed (before going to sleep) and the snoring freaked me out!!! I thought someone is in my room lol
I love this channel ❤.They taught me alot.
Two SKILLs and valuable around the world to be a CEO IS:
1. HUMILITY.
2. GOD at the center.
The number one most important part of being a ceo, is going to the 7/11 and buying a single black and mild, and a pack of backwoods
Best channel ever really
CEOs need to know who's actually making the company money vs just toking credit for ideas & making money.
This channel should have more subscribers. SERIOUSLY!!
Hardwork, discipline and attitude .
Remarkably well-crafted; similar to a book that's known for its craftsmanship. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight
Yes, now, I should think about "Be the calm in the storm" in this difficult time of COVID-19 ... Thanks, ALUX!

All CEOs should have a day to day fun but educational video played for them and their company such as a choice of The Great ALUX!!
