Outstanding lesson. I’ve been a rock, blues and a bit of jazz guitarist for 50 years. I’ve been recognized as a good player by many people around my area where I’ve gigged for 45 years. Now I’m kinda at the end of playing live gigs. I’ve always been a fan of classical guitar and think it is time I sell off one of my many electric guitars for a nice classical guitar and try my hand at learning some. I will be watching your tutorial videos for techniques. Thank you for your lesson videos.
So excited to learn this!!!
Best classic guitar tutorial. Thanks a lot from Indonesia. I am search for acoustic guitar tutorial Bach Cello and just found it. Jesus bless you Sir. 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much! I can’t wait to feel the felling of playing this amazing song.
Wow, the way you take me by the hand through this...i can almost pull it all off in one run... practice practice practice... THANK YOU so much for taking the time to share your knowledge
This guy is an amazing teacher!
Finally!
a lesson who talks in notes and not frets!
thank you very much
You are an awesome teacher. Thanks i will watch 1000 times until learn it. I wish you could teach in Brasil...cheers
Very very good class! Congratulations!
Wow this is so easy. Really easy to follow and keep up with and i love i can flick through each bar. Been about a day and ive already got it aside from applying appropriate dynamics amd changing colour.
Thanks guys x much love
Thank you very much for your teachings and for your dedication.
thank you for this in-depth detailed tutorial of the subtle hand / finger movements required to ply this piece, with for me some level of acceptability.... Being a steel string acoustic player, delving back ( pun intended ) into the Bach compositions is like oxygen to the mind..
Gracias! Muy buen trabajo!
I love how you explain the piece bar by bar. I think a lot more people should take your lead. its a lot easier when you're a musician like me, who cant read sheet music but has a good ear. at least now more or less I can TRY and follow while looking at the sheet music to get an idea of what is happening. amazing job. keep it up!
Gracias, maestro!
Está muy bien explicada y detallada la lección. Como quien dice, con peras y manzanas.
Agradezco mucho este tutorial.
Mil bendiciones!
You are an amazing teacher
Amazing teach...good job
Master Thank you 🙏
You're a total bro for teaching me some bach!

Smooth af
Perfect
thank you so much for this
I wanted to learn this so that when the end of the world comes ill play this all day and calm the zombies.
Perfect! That's exactly what we intended this tutorial for and probably what Bach would have wanted.
good timing hope you learned it!
Dude, only metal calms the zombies
zombies don't like playing guitar

Exelent !!!
Sublime
Hi from 2020, hope you're all fine. I have a question in bar 2, why is it better to use 4th finger in B instead of open B string?
Taso, Can you teach Jesu joy if Man's desire?
Question: The first note of bar 9 he plays a B but every other video I’ve seen or heard, they play an F# on the sixth string (actually an E since the string is tuned down to a D ). I love this video, definitely the best teacher I’ve found to learn this, I just wonder if this is a mistake. Another note in question is the first note of the 11 bar, he plays an open A on the fifth string when everyone else I see plays an F# on the fourth fret of the sixth string.
Thanks very much. Im learned this tutorial and where I can get second part. The link page is not loading.

Please tutorial part two cello suite no 1 j. S
Try playing it on a Cordoba C12 Cedar top, I think you'll be impressed.
My friends finished their adult coloring books during lockdown...
I learned this and Babe I'm gonna leave you.
My index and middle get very stiff at bar 8 i can't seem to solve the problem
Any tips?
Basically i find it difficult to separate them
My middle stiffens up too much and the pull off becomes very difficult and sounds bad
Maybe keep practicing until your fingers get strong enough to not tense or cramp. I hope you're still playing, this is far above my skill level with the picking hand. Cheers and God bless.
i got it right
Why the thickest string is f# and not E? It's custom tuning? Nice tutorial!
GREAT NAME
Nice video. Very detailed. Thank you.
Question: why did you transpose it from G to D?
I would assume for ease of playing. On guitar(especially accoustic) it can be pretty difficult to play songs in certain keys as guitar relies on the open strings a lot. For example, at just the beggining of the piece, you would have to hold a pretty weird chord shape and the hammer off would be more difficult too(because it would hammer off to an open note.) I think tonality can play a big part too(ex: him being able to hit an open d without any finger placements on 2 separate strings allows for more diversity) I think for these reasons, transposing the piece to drop D was a pretty smart thing to do.
Hope this helped :)
@@h.r.4287 thanks for the detailed response ☀️
