*Note: This episode was filmed in May of 2022, meaning it does not incorporate GoRouter's progress or releases since then.* Hopefully, there will be an announcement of GoRouter v5.0 by the end of september.
I'm pulling this answer out of thin air, but I expect the SafeArea and AppBar widgets will be responsible for helping our UIs dodge the Dynamic Island.
I like how the guy has a code first approach kinda like me sometimes, but that can sometimes make you go the long route 😂. Overall loved the video, probably gonna go through all of these soon so you gotta make more 😂...
Please do auto router next ...I have trouble understanding how the router works ...like which is the root route and and if we a in a tab navigation where is my root.
seriously guys. do you think people will use flutter for web development? too slow to load the first time. flutter for mobile ? yes. for web? i don't think so.
It's great for apps on the web. Not so great for content heavy apps. It has use cases, just because it's not your use case doesn't mean it can't fill a need

its actually was announced several hours ago :D
Meanwhile, new GoRouter ShellRoute is about to hatch, removing the need for all these crazy workarounds with RootScreen.
Yep! This video is a bit old and GoRouter is about to get *a lot* better
what happens with go router docs web? Redirects me to pub dev
Hey flutter team,I saw the iphone 14 release are yall working on integrating flutter with the dynamic island ?
I'm pulling this answer out of thin air, but I expect the SafeArea and AppBar widgets will be responsible for helping our UIs dodge the Dynamic Island.
Is this package better than auto_route?
NO not at all, this is the worst package for a router I've ever used in my entire life, on top of that there's barely any documentation.
I already know about this package. And I love ❤️ it.
Thank you for all the support Rahul! It makes us incredibly happy to know that people love it 😀

This video should have showcased the go_router 5.x release. Such a missed opportunity!
thank you for mentioning this!

Anyone implemented this successfully? Can you share the code please?
Please do auto router next ...I have trouble understanding how the router works ...like which is the root route and and if we a in a tab navigation where is my root.
My error : The named parameter 'routerConfig' isn't defined
Hi there, great idea this boring series! Would be perfect if source code would be available! Is it?
Sir how to remove all screens from stack (push named and remove until) in go router
❤ from PAKISTAN
why not using a ShellRoute class?
Why about shell route is a new feature for go router
Why there is no outlet component for nested navigation composing. much more complex than react router
this video is much useful for me, please could you provide its source code as well
Source code please?
Would love a smaller-form video (like a widget/package of the week) with goRouter! Even if it's bit longer than a typical "of the week" vid :)
That's a great idea! GoRouter's API has changed dramatically since we filmed this, so once that settles, I think your idea just might happen :)
I 2nd this, I'd need an idea, what it's all about - fireship 100s style.
kindly provide source code also
Fortunately, GoRouter ShellRoute can solve this problem
Its actually boring 😂😂😂😂😂 but thank you for detailed conversation.
yes i love tech power girls!
First like 😂❤

i thought it dart compiles to html or sum maybe your web browser is slow idk🤷♂
@@trevortrevose9124 other programing language take 1-3 second to load, flutter web take 7-9 second. My browser slow? I don't think so.
I used Flutter for web on 4 apps, works fine for my use cases 👍🏼

@@mamenatech when did the last time you benchmark it?
Guys, you need to support Willpopscope. For real, even making a form is useless without that 😒
