The best thing about the event was the fact that everyone understood that Lily doesn't do well under pressure (which makes sense.) So instead of making her nervous and putting a lot of pressure on her, they constantly hype her up and praise her, resulting with her able to collectively calculate her plays and not die during fights. It's not like she doesn't deserve the praise either, Lily is good League player :) We love you, Lily!

In mobile legends I'm a tank/sup main and I play angela and lolita. (you can check their gameplay if you want) Someone just kicked me out of the team just because I bought the wrong item he just said 'get out'. I need friends in this game mlbb. ;-;

When Lily is not nervous, she is super good. Like honestly, super super good. Her decision making, positioning in combat is hella insane

yeah fr, the positioning and use of zhonyas (tho I suppose its pocketwatch now?) to freeze was insane I was watching and could tell she was in another league (of legends)
exactly...if she doesn't freak out, she reads the game so well.
I'm guessing it's probably due to her maining Lux. That champ has 0 mobility, so you live and die off of your cooldowns and by the skillshots you hit/miss. Champs like that need incredible amounts of patience and the ability to judge whether taking a step forward (even to CS) will get you killed vs all these new hyper mobile mostly assassin midlane champs LoL keeps getting. You might say of all the non-high elo players, she was perfect for their mid laner role.
That and because she's a Korean fo sho. XD
Some might disagree, but I think having metaphor on their team was great for their team’s mental. He just kept the games light-hearted the whole time, and even tho lily told him to stahp when he was hyping her up, I bet that actually made her play better. Great job, Lily!
mikekim94 hard agree, I can understand some people saying he is annoying to listen to, but I think he brought a lot of positivity and humor to the squad.
I think he was good overall but he's annoying as hell when he purposefully talks like that.
I feel like the small moments were fogged did talk he always had something positive to say. Metaphor is just kinda... annoying

Lily thinks she didn't do much but in reality she still maintained relevancy through farm and not dying to very aggressive high elo players and still contributed in the mid and late game through picks and teamfights. Lots of people (especially people in silver) probably would have crumbled to the pressure of some of these high elo mid laners and got solo killed and snowballed on.
Yes the other challenger players on your team carried but telling yourself you did nothing is objectively wrong, Lily. Give yourself credit where credit is due :)

The draft was genius actually, they gave Orianna to lily at the start when games were low pressure and then they let her play Morgana in the finals were stakes were higher and pressure may be an issue
yeah, Ori to let her be a target and show pressure in early games. Morg later, when they needed her to be off support and just delay mid. She super stepped up though and did a lot more. Starting some pretty nice plays and counter plays.

One of the reasons I like being a Lily subscriber after SO MANY YEARS is that she's very, very, VERY good at League but she gets so embarrassed when others point that out and compliment her and stuff, she really doesn't know how to react and she underestimates herself or thinks low of her skills... Lily you're AWESOME! Never forget that!

yeah, agreed on all of that, its a shame she doesnt handle to well stress and she gets really stressed over failing skillshots, if she didnt have these, she be showing how good she really is everytime she plays
calm down lol, shes not that very good. although lily does play fairly decent, she has good awareness and is adaptive to certain situations. but with her stress in the way she often makes mistakes by pressure. just being honest

I am not saying lux is easy, but that champ got a very low potential in high elo. With skillshots that are that slow, its unlikely for it to land on someone who is good at sidestepping

People forever underestimate "simple" champs like Morgana. They play a role, a selective one, but a powerful one. They really played around Lily's strength with Utility Mages and skillshots. With her on a champ that scaled well into the late game and played to her strengths, the rest of the team played around the power point of that Morgana with dive champs to utilize the shield and champs that could combo off of and with that ult. Really incredibly smart draft and great play.
