He didn’t confuse him, he thought that maybe showing sephiroth would tie into Sora since sephiroth is the hardest boss fight in kingdom hearts, and since we had never before this seen a repeat dlc from a series that’s already repped.
As a new viewer, it's so funny to hear him yell and see him excited after only knowing him from "lay it Omni" being really softspoken and presentational

@@Damoclz The problems I see with Sora are two-fold.
For one, it may require an actual deal with both Square AND Disney. Since I believe they actually own any non-Final Fantasy characters in Kingdom Hearts. Which may be more hassle than they care to take on for one character. Whether or not Disney "cares" or not, I can assure you their lawyers and bureaucrats do.
Second, and this depends entirely on Sakurai. There may be a problem with Sora and his Association with characters that don't originate in the gaming sphere. Which is the one rule that Sakurai has kept to, and Sora might cause some awkwardness there.
Sora HAD to have snitched to Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 3. You can't tell me anything less.
To be fair, there were no FF characters worth mentioning in base KH3

That would be....sorely disappointing. Very. Three songs (four if you count the iconic *"Victory Fanfare",* of course) is not enough, especially for such a beloved franchise like Final Fantasy. Besides *"One-Winged Angel",* I wouldn't mind seeing tracks like *"Crazy Motorcycle Chase", "Under The Rotten Pizza", "Barret's Theme", "Tifa's Theme", "Aerith's Theme", "Hurry!", "The Shinra Corporation", "J-E-N-O-V-A", and "Birth Of A God".*
"Bells, frogs, big cherries, Peter Pan, magic cheese", is now in Smash. I'm pleased.

@@ms.pirate Depends on what you mean by rigged. Outside of players choice, all of these awards are subject to the whims of industry insiders and backroom lobbying. So not much "rigging" has to be done compared to the usual. The only difference is that the ones judging now mostly have an ideological bias to them.

Sephiroth's fame far outstrips the number of people who have actually played Final Fantasy VII, let alone played it to the end. The dude is just so irresistibly cool that he gets cameos in _everything._ I expect, however, that when all three parts of the Remake are out, FF7 is going to enjoy several new generations of dedicated fans, and its acclaim will reach even greater heights.

Words cannot express how shocked and happy I am about this. I've been into Final Fantasy since my teen years so I hold a lot of attachment to this franchise and seeing 1 of it's most iconic villains get in is just amazing.
