The moveset is the same but keep in mind that Special Investigations hit much harder, have about 60% more HP than the level 300 Investigation, have bigger projectiles and AoEs, and move noticeably faster. What you guys fought here isn't much of anything compared to the actual Special Investigation fight.
here Risen Teostra stat comparisons (Single player scaling) MR 6: HP: 61,060(±) Attack: x15.9 Part: x14.5 Anomaly Research (the one in this video): HP: 70,950(±) Attack: x18 Part: x20 Level 300: HP: 92,450 Attack: x17.85 Part: x23.9 Special Investigation: HP: 120,400 Attack: x24 Part: x32.25
Just love the energy this group has! All the screams and funny moments just make you love this tag team of dumbos so much! Great video and thank you Bim for editing it once again.
Surprisingly only Amatsu runs noticeably bad on Switch - particularly with it's tornadoes. People say Scorned Magnamalo and Gore Magala make the Switch chug but I've never had any major frame drops from fighting them even when docked.
Yes, perfect last vid to watch before sleep. Ive not gotten to him yet in my replaythrough after my old game loss, i have gotten past gaismagorm finally. Not looking forward to facing him again.
This fight ain’t that bad on switch but then again frame rate isn’t something that bothers me- given all the games I consistently play are locked at 30fps
A little bit of info here, I play on switch and I recently got MHGU because I kinda "finished" MHR. Anyway I legit drop frames more in some areas of GU than rise, there's one in particular that's full of grass that if I'm in it I drop to half my normal frames. With rise if I do drop frames it only lasts for a second and it's pretty rare though noticeable
Technically not Special investigation since it's not a 300 level, but the moveset should more or less be the same
Special Investigation Quests are actually only unlocked after clearing the corresponding Lvl 300 quest btw.
No worries is good enough 😊

MR 6:
HP: 61,060(±)
Attack: x15.9
Part: x14.5
Anomaly Research (the one in this video):
HP: 70,950(±)
Attack: x18
Part: x20
Level 300:
HP: 92,450
Attack: x17.85
Part: x23.9
Special Investigation:
HP: 120,400
Attack: x24
Part: x32.25
Considering he was so deadly already, I can't imagine how much more dangerous the Special Investigation's AoE attack size-increase would've made him
Using a fire hammer against Teo is definitely one of the strategies I have ever seen.
Using a fire hammer against Teo is an impressive display of dominance 👌🏾

Special Investigation Shaggy finna be a banger im calling it now
Moles future death count: ♾️

@@AXIDIUS LOLOL
@AXIDIUS Risen Shaggy gives me anxiety everytime I fight him.

ps: have you ever had anyone tell you that u sound like fitz?
a lot of people say that lol
toaster dipped in the roaster
people screaming off screen before an explosion into [NAME fainted] text will never not be funny
Risen Lunastra?! Absolutely not! I fought arch-tempered Lunastra once and that was enough. She doesn't need even more power.
Surprisingly only Amatsu runs noticeably bad on Switch - particularly with it's tornadoes.

It doesn't make sense that you guys get so few subs, your videos are super entertaining. Keep up the good works 👍
I did this quest and got Primordial Malzeno as a guest monster. The damage he did with Ruby Wirebug was divine.

Nice. Now either play Dual threat quests after all of the special investigations you plan to do or play old monster hunter games with the boys.
someone keeps dying a lot, not gonna tell who :)))
Results: .....Burnt toast....
is it a valstra or a teostrax if teostra and valstrax did the nasty and made a baby ?
I think that would be a crime against nature.
Teostrax sounds cooler ngl
Teostrax definitively
The applejack experience no SPIRIBIRDS sunbreak

Risen lunastra 😂 can you imagine
Just as I was rewatching the hour long hazard primzeno to lift spirits, this pops up, and joy happened 😂
For everyone saying this isn't special investigation, this is as close as we'll get. I think it would be too hard for the group.
I love fighting Lunastra's wife
Now you got me thinking 🤔
I wanna see the boys run it back in GU. Deviants gonna be a fun time :)
Nice, gonna watch this one later tonight. Looking forward to the special investigation stuff...
1v1 in rust < 1v1 in guiding lands
How does your buddy know what % the monsters are at?
There's a mod called overlay mod
Lets a go another great videos in view!!
More special investigation pleeeeeease
Very toasty boy
Explosives placed
me, each time mole died.
"another one bites the dust"
And it's always the LS mains who gets in the cart. Spoken from my own experience of overcommiting combos myself
👌
How you die with Longsword?
