I don't understand why Takamura doesn't release a bunka and kiritsuke. They just have to grind k-tips onto their existing knives with some minor changes in blade geometry.

I just bought this because I love my Takamura SG2 210mm Gyuto so much. They're the best two knives I've ever owned.
Got 150mm petty and 210mm gyuto. If I were to buy only 1 knife for everyone in the world, I would choose Takamura :)

I've asked them several times (begged) to do them but they won't do it.
