Now I feel like I am in a new world, This feeling is so different & so Magical!
PRK/Epi-Lasik = SAME procedure under different names.
Few years ago In my family a person had done 1st generation laser called " PRK " which they completely remove the flap from eye, recovery period for PRK is slightly higher which is slightly painful for few weeks but today he drives car perfectly his age is 49 has no issues.
Second generation laser is called
" LASIK " where they cut the flap open, reshape the cornea by laser & close the flap which might or might not have complications risks related to flap, in future.
but still many say accuracy is well maintained in it on Contoura vision Lasik but People who have done it told me they have dry eye issues for years (but not everyone suffers from dry eye)
The laser which I have done is third generation one called " ReLEx SMILE " where they don't cut the flap open & close but they make a 2 mm incision & reshape the cornea by removing some through laser. which has very less risks because flap is not disturbed & has mild dry eyes but I don't find any dry issue so far. (But for First 1 month)
Each and every generation has advancements which reduces risk factor and side effects.
That's why I went for it,
At the end of the day I wanted to see this world clearly like every normal human being! WITHOUT CONTACTS OR SPECS !

I was viewing videos of 4 young ladies...who have undergone L S...for short sighted ness.. say spending 1and half lakhs....we have lost our money.....because...L S did not improve their vision
I would recommend laser eye surgery for people who have

As per your age you're not eligible for any laser eye surgery but you can go ahead and do it once you are 18 and above. As per your power you might be eligible but only your doctor can answer it 🙂
