The Ishizu cards and Instant Fusion (although this one is optional) need to get finally banned before Kitkallos could be put to 1 since the former are basically the Ones responsible for Kitlallos getting banned in the first place since they created the Tear 0 format (i had always said that these cards are so broken to the point that no errata can fix them, so these cards need to go back to the design table so they get fully reworked) and the latter because it is a Instant win button for Tearlaments in many cases. Also, If the Ishizu Cards get banned, i can also go for the Semi Limiting of Scheiren, Havnis Reinoheart and Merlli (with the latter even goin back to 3 if they also ban Sprind) and also limiting Pelereino. This, in one side, will make the deck finally playable as a Pure Deck once again (specially considering the new Field Spell they got in Photon Hypernova which was left completly unplayable because ol the Limit of the Little girls since this spell relies on the Aqua names even more than the rest) but, with both Kitkallos and Pelereino Limited, it will be in a state that it is a complete Glass Cannon (just like what it will happen to Runick is you put Fountain to 1 and to Mathmech if you put Circular to 1) so players will be forced to play more defensively (bringing more defensive options and recovery tools than normal) rather than go all-in with them since the moment you lose Kitkallos (to a spot/reactive Banish specially) and you can't replace her or get her back fast enough, you're in big trouble
