The car owner pays for insurance, which costs you over $100-120 each month/car, Car registration, Pink Slip, etc etc. Car depreciation, car maintenance, every 2nd month car brakes gone, every 2nd month, car tyres finished. $4000 car will give you maintenance problem every day. I have done it myself, do it yourself and then you will come to know.
