No music, no talk, no cleaning before use, no drain, straight to coffee. 😂 But I must confirm that from this video it is clear what you get for the money and what needs to be upgraded immediately.

Hello, I just bought the exact same model. I watched on their official website that the steam nozzle are able to produce hot water aside from steaming. And since the nozzle itself labelled as “hot milk” & “cappuccino “ . I tried to adjust the nozzle according to the small arrows direction but all I get is steam. Can you verify on this?
You have to switch the main selector switch on the front to the 2 o clock position. You have it set to the 10 o clock which makes the wand produce steam for milk. If you turn it to the right and turn the steam lever, it will spit out hot water

Farshid Sarfaraz تقریبا تمام مدلهای این سری فشارشون ۱۵ بار هست. برای استفاده خانگی بسیار عالیه و به راحتی پاسخ گو هست. مدل ۱۵۵ هم که کمی قدیمیتره هست با قیمت پایینتر ولی تقریبا همین مشخصات. بالاتر از این مدل باید برید سراغ مدلهای اتوماتیک.☺

Nice vid but you should’ve cleaned the system first by running it with just plain water. The whole damn thing smells like chemicals, even the steam that comes outta the rod. Welp, too late now.
But BEFORE first use, the washable parts must be washed and the unit wiped to remove whatever junk is there from the manufacturing process/factory, etc., but also to remove germs from anyone who might have touched it, especially now with the global pandemic.
Dont buy it, the Delnghi's idea for crema disk in filter cup is killing the coffe. Before this I have Saeco Poemia and the coffe was several times bettar than this from Delonghi. I still regret this purchase and searching decision for improve it.
i dont think your story is about this paticular brand . it can happen for every brand (the highest price or cheaper one ).its about wrong transportation i think.🤔

use some portafilter cleaner to clean filterbasket and group head .
then use descaler powder to clean heater and inside parts.
