NEP2020, still more than 40% faculties positions and vacant in colleges and universities. In IIT and NIT that number slightly reduced. Kindly look in the this matter first. Knowledgeable with various subject dont lead to a student for achieving somthing, because proper expertise and experience matter. Giving online education is good but not to the studnets those who are unable take admission in colleges or universities. If they will not come to college they can not understand how to read the subject?? If some questions arise then to whom the students will ask? Students can not come to college and universities because they are not registered as a student. If the student will not pay the university fee then why these kind of universities are kept in India?? If some one will not expose to a good city and has not travel experiece, how he can manage to think broad and achieve something?? Deads lines are not dead lines anymore, which is because of punctually is not taught properly. Thats correct, in IIT thats happen and students follow. Yes, I will appreciate discussions on teaching professions. But, why not all teachins posts are filled yet in Colleges and Universities?? Teachers are the backbone for the society, he knows. He understand, how a small mistake hampers tmto students then with on an average 35% vacant positions means 35% courses are not taught properly and students getting degrees bu not the proper knowledge. Which is also another big mistake. If the fund can be provided the professors will like to come India and work. We have less opportunities thats why they are migrating outside. This factor should be taken into account. If money can be provided they will come and work for India. Our research quality will be enhabced.
Ideal application of NEP is Digital University which able to reduce the cost of higher education. Rural areas students will get more scope to learn which must increase the GER definitely.

Freeing the selection procedures from Gender Preferences. 4. Freeing the selection procedure from unnecessary MELODRAMATIC & FOOLISH RULES & REGULATIONS. 5. Freeing the selection procedure from the TANTRUMS of interviewers and officers who are not relevantly qualified even to take such interviews (what to say about their analysis and selection procedures 🙂 ). 6. Freeing the selection procedure from the GREEDY & CORRUPT BABUs existing in the system. 7. Freeing the selection procedure from ACQUAINTANCE & OBLIGATION relationship.

Check Universities before enrolling in such programmes.
