Sitting 300 miles northeast of French Polynesia's main island of Tahiti, Fakarava is one of the most remote and stunning atolls you will find in the French Polynesian islands.
A mere strip of coral and sand sitting atop the great Pacific Ocean, Fakarava stretches 37 miles long and 13 miles wide. The island is famous for its blue water lagoon, which is the second largest in all of French Polynesia.
Divers are in for a treat! These waters offer some of the best diving in the whole region. And if you love beaches? Every day here will be 100% complete 🤗🤗
