Neither method worked! I accessed the cmd prompt without difficulty but there was no response to typing following System>32. The keyboard was obviously recognized as I was able to get the cmd prompt by typing Shift + F10. Have a new build with Windows 11 only partially installed. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Press Shift+Fn+F10
I found this out randomly while playing minecraft that I need to press Fn before those keys. So if I do Alt +F4, it won't work, but it works when I do Alt + Fn + F4. Hope it works for you.
