Awesome Cam, your Dad shaped my first real surfboard in 1987 when I was at USC. He was an awesome guy, loved his smile. Still have it hanging in my garage in Greenville. Just awesome to see this. Thanks man, Jeff (Jethro)
I've known his dad Kelly since he was shaping boards in a converted bath house. Amazing family....this wave on that board was truly special. I know Kelly was over the moon. Question is, will he let Cam take it off the display wall and ride it again? Go Cam
Completely got ripped off for W.O.W. I’ve said it a million times along with a million others. The Hawaiians just couldn’t handle a kid from the SouthEast landing Wave of the Winter whether he earned it or not. Change my mind. Cam’s dad Kelly is so nice & has done so much for surfing in SC (along with Cam). My first 3 sticks were Perfection’s & I still have the 2nd and 3rd one. The 3rd stick he shaped a custom “SummerFish” for me that’s still living good that will slide in knee high to over head high waves. You the man Cam! NC/SC has always got your back!!
