I am always amazed that everyone overlooks the EDC zippo refill canister keychain, holds 5 flints and enough fluid to fill the lighter several times or start a fire. Always carry it with my loss proof zippo.

Good call on the AirTag. I have a flight bag that I keep my $900 Aviation Headset and irreplaceable logbook along with nice pens and other valuables. Found a little opening down at the bottom of the bag where I could jam the AirTag into and no one will ever find it. One thing you didn’t show is the function of literally showing you how many feet away and which direction the lost item is, not just sound. This now gives me so much more peace of mind if I were to have the whole thing stolen or misplaced it.

I used to be about that edc life hard core like this guy. Found after 5 years I used like 30% what I carried all the time. Knife maintenance can wait till home and if I used it more I’d simply have a set for home and one for the office.
i bought the sog powerpint to be an edc multitool and was disappointed in the lack of flathead driver. so i have modded the bottle opener end to be a flathead and the file end to be a scraper/very big flathead! now its the way it should have been from the factory!😁

Oh buddy, you have got to check out the RovyVon A4x. I too carried that Olight i1R 2 on my keychain but then switched to the RovyVon. Nearly the same size but A LOT brighter and it has two spots for tritium inserts. You have to buy the tritium separate but you can pick the color and with a drop of super glue, you've just replaced your current two danglies with one. Don't get me wrong, the Olight is great! I just think the RovyVon is better.
The Olight link didn't work for me but thanks for the heads up on the free light. Ended up spinning the wheel for a $10 coupon and which I applied to the warrior 3 bundle.
When you find that one thing that you've really been looking for usually price isn't an option . So I completely understand how you feel about that key carry. I bet you would even spend more than what you paid for it. Just because it's something you exactly want it

I've recently gotten a Wera Kraftform Kompakt bit holder. Very similar in size as these titanium bit-drivers but IMO better/ more functional and a bunch cheaper.

I've watched a few of your videos and you seem to be quite the pry bar advocate. I'm curious on what you're prying so often that you need to carry a pry bar at all times? Frankly, I can't recall the last time I needed to pry something apart.
Personally speaking, they're basically an upgrade to your fingernails. I think the thing I use them for the most is with split rings. Your fingernails will thank you if you use a small pry bar instead of your fingernails.
5:29 Then carry a big flathead bit with you. That is what the bit driver is for! 😋 I'd be okay if they added no permanent drivers. Save those spots for things that you cannot use in your bit driver!
I've used oil stones, water stones, Lansky 5-stone Sharpener Jig, Spyderco Sharpmaker, Edgepro Apex, and the Ken Onion edition Work Sharp. BY FAR the best out of this lineup is the work sharp ken onion because its a belt sander made specifically for sharpening knives, plus you can use it to sharpen any of your other tools like axes, lawnmower blades, etc. Second place is the Lanksy system. In dead last is the edgepro. It's overpriced garbage! It has the same amount of learning curve as just plain old sharpening stones but costs way more and required more setup, space, and it can't fit in your pocket. If you're going to invest your time into learning a specific sharpening skill you should stick to water stones instead of some stupid edgepro jig that you might not have access to when you really need to sharpen a knife.
So for the key holder, do you find it coming off the belt loop easily? Like from getting in and out of the car or something? Could someone easily just grab them off your belt loop if you are in a crowd?

Sup fellow Hololive simp. Hardcore shrimp and EDC lover here. I wear skinny jeans and I make a good amount fit. Have one dedicated pocket for the phone. The other has a leather pocket organizer with micro- pen, micro-light (olight i1r 2 eos from vid), micro multi tool, folded notebook paper+ cash, pepper spray, and pocket knife in the other pocket. All that stuff is no more than 5 x 5 x .75 in my pocket.

Those tough clips are cool but why not make an aluminum or steel one and lower the price? I don't give a shi* about titanium for a key clip. 15-20 I'd buy all day long. Also, love the power pint. I ground down some stuff into a few size flat heads and it's been great.

for my keys I don't want anything else than a keyback style keychain (with a nitecore tike torch on it besides my keys), I carry a leatherman Surge on my belt everyday. A hipflask I don't need (while this one does look good) , the sharpener is a good idea , the watch deck is a bit unnecesary for imho but I get the intention , good bits are never lost on a good handyman allthough the bitdrivers are unnecessarily over the top executed imho (wich makes them more expensive offcourse) , the knife mat is indeed usefull , as are the edc pouches , the keyfob is kinda cute but too expensive for my taste , and the use for combatbeads (or motivational velcro pads) is totally lost on me, granted the airtag is usefull ...
Well yeah that’s how they get there money! Those mini ones they probably manufacture for under 5 bucks. Seems like bullshit but I think it’s aimed as a bonus for people who are already considering spending the money on their website

Yep, I have never never ran out of fluid at home, always when I was out somewhere. Recently though, the Zippo I carry has the butane insert.

He had said before that he mainly uses them daily on his camera equipment. Tripod specifically, if I recall.
You don’t have to ruin your knives trying to pick and pry at stuff. Especially if your knife steel is something relatively brittle like D2

I'v EDCed my Swiss Champ for 36 years. So the Swiss Champ is my suggestion.
I use one of those Xiaomi sets at work and all of the bits also fit into a Wowstick, which is a huge plus.
