Just curious if the remaining amount of gift card shows on bottom of receipt?? I know you mentioned in the video that it will not show you how much is remaining on it in the app but it may on your last receipt of the purchase you used it for. I know the cvs gift cards I purchase in store show remaining amount on receipts.

Thanks so much for the great explanation. The only thing you didnt cover was online receipts. I linked my email account and press the e-receipt icon, but it says there are no receipts. I've also taken a picture of my online receipt and submitted but it tells me they have researched it. Any thoughts? Thanks.
I haven’t done that yet. Sometimes they have to look at the receipt and they process it in 48 hours

Apps change sometimes. I don’t see a place to do that on fetch.
My app does not show the “Plan” choice at the bottom. I also never have things that say “XXX points” for an item, mine is just “XXX %” on specific brands. What’s up with that?

Will the special offers go away when u used all of it , or do you consistently get new ones.
They go away when they expire. When you click on it, it tells you how many times you can submit.

You can link your emails so if you shop and get a digital receipt you can get some points
Does the total points shown at the top include the gift cards you are waiting to redeem?
The points reflect your current balance. If you requested a $10 Giftcard that would be taken out
question, when I go to the store, what do I show to them? and if I’m buying in internet, what do I do?
In store you scan the barcode on the gift card on your phone. Online you would type in the gift card digits

Where do I put your code and how?
Download fetch. Then it asks for your information and there is a spot for referral code. There you enter J24VT . Then you have to scan a receipt within 7 days to get the referral points

What do you mean digital wallet? When you go to my rewards it’s not there? And when you printed it. If the barcode and everything is showing you can use that in a store just scan the paper instead of your phone.

What’s a security audit and I can’t spend my points
Yeah mines said I had to wait 24 hours before I can redeem my points,I waited 24 hours and now it's saying I have to wait 48 hours because of a security audit,I earned over 70,000 points and can't redeem it for some reason
I would contact them and see what’s going on I haven’t run into that. The only thing I have dealt with is you can only redeem one gift card per 6 hours
StarBOY cus if u have a lot of points they wanna make sure u didn’t use any tricks to earn those points so if u have like 5000 points no security audit

You go to rewards and then go to search and search it. If it’s available then it will show up.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No you can’t unfortunately. But you can always get a giftcard to say dunkin. Screen shot the giftcard code and text it to them and they should be able to have them scan it from their phone.

Depends on the deals. That took me a few months originally. It does up and down. I also get points from referrals so that helps too.

They have to enter your code and then scan a receipt within 7 days I believe. If they never scan a receipt no one gets points
