- The Goblins visit Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri, where they partake in ten food items available exclusively during this year's Harvest Festival. Destined Goblin hasn't done a theme park food festival review since the international food festival at Six Flags which was quite a while ago. But when a recent trip to Branson, Missouri coincided with their Harvest Festival, the perfect opportunity arose to sample some autumn dishes with a tasting card. The Goblins roam the park, selecting ten items from the dozens available and reviewing each one. Will their first trip to the popular theme park result in a strong Seal of Approval with multiple stars attached for Silver Dollar City? Come hungry because there's a LOT going on in this taste test. It's time to eat!

Great Fun!! The buffalo grilled cheese sounded good. I love pulled pork ... YUM. That also sounded good.. I've never heard of a pumpkin bbq sauce. Stuffed sweet potato is a new thing for me... but it did sound very diffrent for any potato I've had. I've never had pumpkin chili. I might have to make a batch sometime. Pumpkin spice ice cream... interesting for sure!! Pumpkin spice funnel cake. it's a bit of a stretch for me. I would pass on the Gumbo.. I'm not a fan of Andouille sausage. I have never seen any meat served in a cone...but it did sound like something I would try! Garlic knots with pumpkin cheese sauce... wow that sounds very diffrent and good!! Holy smokes a pumpkin corn dog?! Wow... that is a surprise to see. Great video~! It sure looked like you 2 had a great time!
@OldGuyInColorado It was such a long day and we were so full at the end that I forgot to mention that my two favorites were definitely the garlic knots and the corn dog! I've NEVER had a cheese sauce as good as that one, and the pumpkin flavor on the corn dog was phenomenal. 🤤😁❤️
This looks like a great place to go. It reminds me of Smith's Ville in NJ . we used to go all the time. It was like a old village shops,A Inn, blacksmith, and winery.
And antique shops.👻🎃👻
@@megsmysteries8968 This was our first ever visit to Silver Dollar City, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they were doing a Harvest Festival while we were there. 😁 We were SO full and exhausted by the end of the day! 🤤😁❤️

@@laurag879 The park was decorated beautifully, and I actually wish I had taken a little more B Roll footage to showcase it better. The artist who carved all the pumpkins was even there doing a Meet and Greet. That guy is amazing! 😲😁❤️
I want to hear the backstory on the funnel cake aversion. The events out here have the same problem with portion sizes. The employees working the locations usually don't get complete instructions. Sometimes you get full sized instead of tasting size. The park was decorated very nicely. Did you ride Time Traveler? I'm hoping that some of those items will find there way over here. The food directors watch each other and tend to steal good ideas. Root beer barbecue sauce sounds delicious. Nice seeing Mrs. Goblin!
@JaniceYamanaka Mrs. Goblin rode Time Traveler. I am NOT a roller coaster fan lol. My aversion to funnel cakes lol...Well, when I was beginning my zookeeping career many, many years ago, I was living with my cousin, and he had gotten a job at the same park as the manager of a funnel cake stand. Every night, they would take any extra batter at the end of the day and cook up a bunch of funnel cakes and the employees would all take them home. So our house was always inundated with funnel cakes! 🤣 On top of that, from being in a little stand with the fryers and everything, his clothes would just REEK of oil and batter at the end of the day. That's why the mere thought of funnel cakes often turns my stomach! 🤢🤣❤️😁
