I hope that people appreciate having your motor kit available. The prices are low for the parts and kits that you supply. Samsung batteries, RST Guide forks, plug and play KT controller, etc. No junk, just good performance parts.
Your kit on 60v will hold up no issues at all. I have 300 miles with your kit on 60v . The best part about your kit is you can have all that power in the step through. You should definitely try your kit on 60v
I recently got my cruiser. Its too soon after Christmas for me to get one of your motor kits but i will definitely be buying one. I would be willing to spend more money for a 60v version. Just saying. I like the two throttles and extra battery life you get when using your kit.
GREAT Video Bryan ! I was totally shocked to see your custom Cruiser pretty much keep up with the Predator through almost the 1/8 mile ! One would think that after you overcome the traction issue, 6000 watts would immediately totally walk away !? NOW you have me Really curious how the Monstar and Predator would compare in an apples to apples pure acceleration contest to 48 MPH ? Before I watched this video, I was sure the Predator would slightly walk away from the Monstar until the Predator topped out at 43, then the Monstar would start catching up and walk past because it has a slightly higher top speed. When I rode the Monstar it got to 45+mph quick , maybe 10 seconds? Wish I would have timed it. And I wish I would have stayed in it longer to see where it would have topped out with 187 lbs riding on it. Hopefully some day we will get to see That Comparison. Keep up the Fun and informative videos.
Do you really believe David Cleveland’s claim that his bike goes 50mph? You are going to be so disappointed when you find out he was lying. I would love to see a fair comparison, like this one between the Wired Cruiser and the e cells Step Star ua-cam.com/video/8XyUEvjJ-jM/v-deo.htmlsi=4tk_xRYpc8AAtON4 Have any Monsters even shipped yet? Wired will have the improved predator V2 shipping in 8 weeks.
Hey Buddy can you get a hold of an e-cells bike and do a comparison . These dual motor bikes are expensive. Also heard a lot of negative quality control from both. Love your videos as always. Thanks for listening. Also I have a wired freedom late 2023. I had some issues but all in all it's been a good bike. Now looking for another bike. Looking forward to your next video.
What are you running for batteries on each? With stock batteries on lower end bikes, I've noticed a considerable amount of sag. I had no sag on my home brew, but the thing was ungodly heavy for it's capacity, though it could saturate the controller all the way down to cutoff.
The "20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%" settings, are those standard settings you can modify on most ebikes? I don't seem to have any settings on mine to change this which I wish I had as stock it's isn't ideal
I’m in the uk as well and also ride a dual motor ebike daily. I’ve personally never been bothered by any police and neither has anybody I know, and we are all on ebikes far above the 250w limit. Mine has dual 1000w motors for example.
@ In 2025, new law will be going from 250w to 500w with speed staying at 15.5mph with a plus side being a throttle going from 3.7mph to 15.5mph the same as max speed which is good as 3,7mph is silly. They should allow whatever watt motor you want as this will not let you go any faster but get up hills easier that will assist those with health mobility issues. I have a 1000w which I bought in 2023 when I didn’t know about ebike laws. So am thinking to buy a 250w, but as this will change am holding on a little longer, I hope they can allow up to a 1000w motor before I have to sell this lovely bike for a 500w, but I think am dreaming. The laws are so harsh and unfair on those who have mobility issues or age against them. I do hope things can get better. There are many cars and motorbikes that can go over 100mph but can be driven on uk roads providing they stay within the speed limits, so it should be the same for ebikes. But for now to cross my fingers when I use my 1000w bike in the summer and hope all goes well. 🚴🏻♂️🚵♀️
@@ColinLeyUK them moving it to 500w is because the government are fully aware pretty much everyone is on more than 250w so they may as well just regulate the most common kind of bike. Allowing a throttle on every bike legally would be a game changer though. So many more people would decide to buy one if they can cruise around town at 15.5mph without having to do anything or have a license/insurance.
Put a set of Ultraverse 26x4 tires on that Predator, i changed from the stock knobbies to those on my Philodo H8 ... which has 2 1500 watt peak motors. the added traction reduced wheelspin by a lot, they just grip.
Could you stand with the Predator, hold the handle bars & seat & shake it to see how much “wobble” that bike has on it? Seen many ppl complain about having too much play, almost like the bike is rubber. Ok thank you!
Just another e cell troll. E cells has an F rating from the BBB and people can’t get their money back. E cells will declare bankruptcy and/or the owner will be back in prison before long. A fool and his money. Ten bucks the long delayed shipment of Monstar bikes will be “stolen” during transit😂😂😂. E cells is a Ponzi Scheme.
Okay, I really love the bike, I was hoping you could probably do some mods. I don't mind upgrading the controllers to 52v system, also a second custom battery between the seat and frame of the bike. I live in St Lucia and would need the extra battery for range, plus it's a very hilly terrain. Let me know what's possible and if it's a mod that you can do?
Far from either hipster or fake, it's called the Lumberjack style. Inspired by both this channel and Bikes and Beards channel, I grew and trimmed mine this way. I couldn't stop playing with it though, and it demanded daily groom and weekly trim so I went back to a simple 1/2" cut.
@Robnord1 it is a lot of upkeep but it's surprising the amount of compliments I get. A lot of people can't grow a beard. And I love watching bikes and beards I hope to meet Sean someday!
You guys are blessed to still have each other with sound minds and lots of love yet to give. 👊🏽 🇺🇲
Is very enjoyable to see father and son having fun together 🙏🙏🙏
I'm 66yrs old and enjoy seeing your Dad out enjoying the ebike. I have a Lectric XP 3.0 and your Dad would be great to ride with. 🇺🇸
Nice seeing an older gentleman understand Ebikes so well. It's refreshing.
Appreciate the time you have with papa citizen, he's a kool papa .

great video bryan. love when papa comes over and plays with you and your bikes. STAY WIRED :)
I ordered one this past Saturday
Can’t wait 💚
I have the 2024+ Freedom 🧡 it’s a blast!!! Crazy 😂
Love your dad enjoying the ride.

just get a talaria x3 from lunacycles
I want a bike I can pedal and actually looks legal so I can go anywhere.
Your dad has that clint Eastwood vibe 😅🎉
That was fun just watching the two bikes in a real time comparison.
I'm still concerned about the tires though.
I have two of the front wheel kits and I like the wheel spinning depends on what Tire you have

Yes the switch would be fine but I think the thumb throttle is the best idea of all because you can control it much easier separate
@user-kb8yl2qh3h yes i like separate throttle the best
I like that wired predator. Was thinking of building a bbshd bike for steep hills around me.
I really liked this video. I liked the video concept -- RACING.
Papa Citizens riding the Beasts!
Papa Citizen!
Great video thanks!,
Your front tire has more surface area, thus more traction. I believe that's your advantage.
Can you please show us the setting on the kit display that you set your"s too
I own a Predator. Any recommendations on an extra battery? Alot of power but goes through voltage. Was thinking adding a 3rd battery on the back.
Tie that rear battery into your front motor kit and that green one takes the blue one
@TheTcat1000 thinking about it! Controller is not rated for it though..
The controller will hold no problem 300 miles on 60v with my bike with your kit
Love your videos, Bryan when you do a project you’re one of the very few that actually shows an tapes how it’s done
Your dad had a few “oh Jesus” moments 😄
@raylivengood8040 haha he did!

Don’t you have ebike restrictions in your state ? In the UK cycling what you have would require a motorcycle license and a license plate on your bike

Not with the power of the predator they won't. Most of the reason is not as much weight on the front.
@moodyfox3108 my front hub actually has more power than the predator front hub does, 75% of the predator's power goes to the rear wheel

Please get dad a helmet and some gloves. He is going to kill himself if he takes a spill at 40 MPH.
Your hipster beard looks fake lol. 😂

you guys insane to ride like that with no gloves!
we are living on the edge!
What’s the top speed of each?
top speed of Predator is about 44mph and my Cruiser with my front motor kit is about 41.5mph
@@CitizenCycle925Can you do a Predator video that compares the 3 c5 slow start settings (0,1 & 2)? I am wondering how much wheelspin each one allows.
