THIS KIND AND STYLE OF PIGGERY HOUSE, THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION, SEEMS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RECOVER YOUR INVESTMENT IN TEN YEARS.
Too expensive for this piggery building, it take's 10 years to recover expenses etch. This type of piggery applied only in cold coutries because of the curtain and ventilation fan not on tropical countries.
the barn is provided with loading ramps on both sides. these ramps serve as their entry and exit
The floor and the canals/pits are sloping to direct washings and manure slurry to specific section in the building. The slope of the pit depends on the distance to the drain and area the it covers. These details are not shown in the video because the intention of the author is to offer animation services.
Where is the entrance/ exit of the pigs? Also, the manure pit? How does it end in one place?

The video is just to show the 3D animation capability of the author. The piggery building was chosen as the subject because the author has worked in this industry for 16 long years. The author can be contacted for a complete, detailed and architect approved design either in 2D or 3D (still and animated). Thanks!

IT IS NOT A PRACTICAL DESIGN FOR RAISING PIGS FOR PROFIT. THIS IS JUST TO SHOW HIS USE OF HIS KNOWLEDGE IN ARCHITECTURE.
I have actually seen similar concepts in real life, so not far from the actual commercial scale pig farms..

No mention of specific company pls. By the way, the design is not copied from any source. The author/designer had more than 16 years of work in the hog industry. If you analyze the video, it cannot be called an ideal tunnel ventilated growing house bldg because the pits are just along the walls. The objective of the video is to present the graphical and animation capability of the author, not the bldg itself hence no emphasis on the technical design was given. Thanks.

Hi James. Good day. I am no longer connected with Monterey. It has been 11 years already. Every 3-5 years, technology in swine production changes and gets updated. Since I am out of touch already, I am not sure if the assumptions in the facility and building design remains the same. Thanks.
