There already are cures for cancer, they don't let us know because cancer treatment is big 💰 maker.
Interestingly, the mRNA method used for the COVID-19 vaccines is adaptable to cancers. There are some hurdles, particularly rapid response. A cancer sample has to be sequenced, a foil made for it, and the mRNA produced to target it. I'm 68 and may or may not live to see it being done (it has been talked about for a couple of decades already) but it is very likely coming.
I am a person who has lived for 10 years after diagnosis because of a PILL that keeps my cancer in remission.This is called targeted therapy and scientists are looking at this success to treat other cancers.I have Leukemia.

We also have computers that can sequence the entire genome of an animal within a day, rather than taking a decade. That's what happens as science and medicine progresses - we get better at things. We used to give people whiskey and then saw off their leg. Now we have scalpels and real anaesthetic. It is an amazing world where we put some very clever people to work doing great things that smart people can benefit from, by not being so paranoid. :) There are clinical trials to check the efficacy and safety of everything currently available. While risks exist, they are dwarfed by the benefits provided. Everything is a risk-reward ratio.

Many parts of the world are making the vaccines mandatory to actually live a semi normal life. When you say " if you dont want it then dont get it" you imply and assume that many people have a choice and many dont. You probably live in a country where FOR NOW, there is some level of freedom of choice.

Exactly. I was high risk but on Hydroxine / Plaquniel for Lupus and I was ok. However my husband health 60 yr old in the ICU for 24 days😡. I’m not getting that vaccine either. I’ll take this

You need to educate yourself about how this technology works. It never even gets into the nucleus with our DNA; it programs ribosomes to generate proteins that resemble parts of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. While it's possible that higher levels of vitamin d (a hormonal compound) may help some people fight off viral infections it's not a full proof prophylactic nor is it a cure. It may well be that someone's immune system may beat off covid it won't help if you get cancer or you have a serious accident and you can't get into hospital for treatment because they're too busy. Here in the UK most of our hospitals are months behind in standard treatments for a myriad of issues and all because of covid pressures.
This crisis is not about an individual's ability to beat covid with their natural immune system, it's about suppressing the pandemic and ridding our societies of this disaster.
