Great video Luka! Thank you for your advices! I used to make this kind of mistake of Dutch angle, I also thought it was more dynamic, now I'm correcting it.... here in Brazil, people usually say: "living and learning"...
Perfect, glad it was helpful! Of course, we are improving all the time :)
Good info.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the advices ! I am just waiting the time that i could go out and shoot again . Pandemic is hitting pretty bad now here in Thailand so i am just trying to stay safe and only edit some old photos to upload on stock websites. Waiting for the next video !
You are welcome! Yeah, it can be hard these days to do photoshoots. Here is a little bit better at the moment, but we will see!

Great advises, Luka! Also me with dutch angle syndrome history :D But was corrected by editors very soon. At least low angle view is my thing ;) :D
Hehe, thanks Alena! Yeah, low angle is cool! I have to use it a bit more :)
Thanks!
I am glad if was helpful 😁
Hey Luka! This is a totally comprehensive and descriptive video for me. Initially I would love to extend my appreciation since you are sharing this knowledge with us. :) I will come up with question that I've been using Nikon d3300 for 6 years. I am pretty glad that I bought it as my first camera but I am now eligible to take more professional photos by experience. I have 55-200 telephoto nikkor and kit lens. For stock photography, portfolio and instagram I am willing to buy sigma 10-24 F4-5.6 wide angel for street and landscape, also prime lens sigma 50 mm 1.4. May I get some feedback and suggestion from you. Thank you. Also what do you think about macro lenses ?
Thanks, I am happy it was useful!
Well, for the lens, Sigma 50mm 1.4 is great, but for the wide version, I would go with something faster. I know those lenses are more expensive, but I love that you can blur bacground more, you can shot in low light without too much noise, especially with aps-c camera, like d3300. I have Tamron 15-30mm f2.8 for example, and it is great! I also like prime lenses better then zoom, because of the aperture and of course the overall quality of the image. I almost never shoot with aperture higher than f2.8, that is why I don't like those lenses that can't go below f4 😀
So are you hiring a model for your shoots? I don't know if you have a video on that
Yeah, I am hiring models for all my shoots!
Which photos buy better, toned or with natural colors. Maybe with unnaturally bright colors. Topic for the next video))))
How many photos do you already have on your iStock?
Well, I like to grade images to some degree, but not too much! If you apply some heavy processing to your images, you are limiting the sales potential of your images! If the client will need more contrasty or more graded image, he can do that later.
But the image has to stand out a little bit in the search results, so, you don’t want to process your images too neutral.
I have around 25000 images and around 3500 videos :)
