@@koolkid1234ismYou should know that God has used women in the past, and we will see that God has not required women to be silent, even in a religious setting and that he has sometimes allowed and even APPOINTED women to have authority over men. For example, Deborah.
“Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel at that time. She used to sit under the palm of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim, and the people of Israel came up to her for judgment” Judges 4:4-5
You see, Deborah had political authority and people respected her decision.
When Paul says, “I do not permit a woman to have authority over a man” he’s not giving a permanent and timeless principle from God. In fact, God does not have that policy. Paul’s policy may have been appropriate for first-century Ephesus, but we have evidence in the Bible that it is NOT a statement about the way that God wants his people to work together at all times and in all places.
Sometimes it’s better to understand the context of certain verse(s) and not just read it literally and misinterpret the verse.

@@koolkid1234ism I do agree that female pastors aren't a biblical way of leadership. But I also don't see the Bible use the word pastor as the ones leading a church. I don't see para-church ministries like BibleProject in the Bible. But praise God for working mightily through both women and men pastors and para-church ministries! And may we as the people of God find back to the way of doing church the way the Bible depicts it!

@@koolkid1234ismPaul says *I* do not allow a woman to teach. That clearly is his opinion based on his experiences within that culture. Women were uneducated, yelling across the sanctuary to their husbands to ask them questions about what was being taught.
I just love using the Bible Project. My preacher recommended it to me to better understand scripture.

They are not inerrant … be careful to not just accept everything they say as true. Some of their theology is wrong.

@@lionheartSh0602 For example, They don’t believe in Heaven and Hell. They also have a theory that every time God was talking with anyone here on earth it is the “Angel of God” (a specific angel that speaks for God = not God speaking directly, therefore no God on earth until Jesus). Don’t get me wrong I love Bible Project, but they do have some different theological principles therefore you should be vary by what your Bible says and what they say, but that is a general thing.😊
@saish2208 it's fine not to know everything I think bible study is lifelong process and our calling is different so sometimes we misunderstand...But how can you say such thing so confidently they don't believe heaven or hell. R u sure ? I think you misunderstood them better check again .. I know their book summary. They believe in heaven as a great bible teacher.

i’m so sorry. just know that the way we view things with our fleshly eyes, is not the way they really are. God i with you. never stop worshipping Him and making Him the Lord of your life, even in the bottom of the pit.
What to believe to go to heaven !! : Realize you are a sinner being sorry. Sin is lying, evil thoughts, lust, etc.Therefore, do not trust in your own works to go to heaven because you realize, being a sinner, you cannot offer the perfect blood sacrifice that God requires to pay for sin. Instead, believe, meaning fully trust, that in Christ's love for you, on the cross, His one perfect blood sacrifice; when Christ bled, suffered and died, in your place, paid for your sins in full, past, present and future ! Believe that Jesus rose from the dead ! Believe Jesus is God Almighty, God the Son, alive for evermore ! And believe that the sinless blood of Jesus Christ is what cleanses you from all sin, which purifies your soul ! Then the Lord Jesus will forgive you, save you from hell and give you eternal life, and you will be sealed with the Holy Spirit who will dwell within you forever ! And thank Jesus ! Rom.3:25,5:8,9,10:9, Rev.1:5, Ephes.1:7,13, 4:30, Heb.10:10-14,19,38,39,I John 5:7,13,20

2. The opportunity to join in as a community and walk through its words, meaning, and purpose is exciting and invigorating!
Tim, Jon, the research team, and all the artistic designers I’m sure will present this in a way that draws passion and a new light to this.
I know, personally, the BibleProject has helped forge my understanding of the Bible and my desire to read it in its entirety. Tim’s pastoral work and the online classes has also been a huge help too as his passion for the word is contagious. Thank you all for your love of the Bible. You are definitely lights in this world!

The production on this video is amazing. The blending of real sets and animation. That’s just the surface level though, watching this video and hearing the words of Jesus brings me to a place of true worship. I’m so excited to walk through this during 2024.

@@koolkid1234ism Ah yes, I love how 2nd and 3rd hand accounts and legends written by 36 different authors in languages and dialects that have been translated hundreds of different ways, thousands of years ago, can be disagreed about and misinterpreted! Maybe don't put so much stock in the an extremely un-verifiable source like the bible?

Super excited! My friends and I were blessed to go to the Bible Project today. We got a wonderful tour. We actually met Tim & John and John's parents! It was super, super, super exciting! Actually got to see the props for the Sermon on the Mount. It was just amazing! I'm so just ecstatic that we were able to see everything that you see, including mountain, the beautiful trees, the temples, and the scrolls. It was just beautiful! We also talked with animation and saw how they create everything.
