This has been one of the most informative, teaching videos I have ever seen. You gave so many little tips about brush angles and pressure and I learned SO MUCH. Favorited!!
vintageortacky I am so glad I found your channel! You actually respond to questions and/or comments, unlike most of the gurus. I also like you do your best to use cruelty free products! I have learned so much from your tutorials and your great tips that you throw in! You have inspired and motivated me, especially when I was feeling really down after I had my twins and had no desire to put on makeup or make myself look decent. All of that to say, THANK YOU!!!
you are the first youtuber I subscribed too when i discovered youtube. my husband got me an ipad for christmas and that's when i found the world of makeup tutorials. I fell in love with it. I've been keeping up with your channel for almost 4 years now. in fact, I bought UD primer potion because you use it and it changed my makeup game hardcore💄 I'm so sorry about your recent loss. hope you are well and allowing yourself the time and space you need to come to terms and cope. can't wait for the upcoming Fall season and all the delicious makeup looks that come with it!
I LOVE the way you used the 217 "upside down"! Thank you so much for that tip. I never would have thought of that. I swear that that plus your tip about putting on lash glue with a liner brush officially make you my favorite guru. Love the look!
Poor Cora! You really had a time getting this video done but you did it and it's beautiful! I am amazed at how easy you do your makeup. I would have all the makeup I own tossed out the window because I would be so frustrated trying to do what you do with ease. You are an artist. I think you could do any eye look in the world and it would turn out beautiful. :) I just love to watch you! xo
@TheJewellsparkle no, lol! It's a piece of velcro intended to hold your hair back so you can apply your makeup with out putting dents in your hair from clips :)
@472purplekiwii My hair is straight, fine, & smooth/flat by nature, so bounces back from damage faster than most hair types. It is damaged, but not as much as /doesn't show it as obvious as other hair types. It's naturally dark-blond so when I bleach it I only leave the bleach on for about 15 minutes. I only re-touch the roots, so I'm not constantly bleaching my hair. The black is tone-on tone, only minor damage. The pink dye is completely non-damaging, in fact it makes it look healthier.
I'm always so glad to see one of your videos pop up in my subscription box. You're so funny and honest. Watching your videos always make my days a little better. I love your style and swagger and hope to see many more videos =)
Love the look! and the tip of using the "belly" of the 217 for a clean crease. Bought all the Lust W&W palette´s I could find when I was in the US, loooooooooove it!
I just wanted to say thank you for all your amazing videos! I've been a subscriber for a while I a greatly appreciate all the time you put in to making videos! I tried this look and I LOVE it! :D Keep up the amazing work!

This is a gorgeous looks!! I cant believe you used about 9 different shadow colors!! So intense, I love the batwing eyeliner, btw. Thanks for this tutorial and hope to see more of your prutty new Rebel HD'd face :)
Love this Cora! I just tried the look out and am going to wear it to work today! I don't want to try the bat wing though right now cause I don't want to have an "Oops, I need to redo my makeup" moment in the morning. But look super fun and I'll try it later!
@ManicMagpie oh definatly makes sence. thanks much! I wasn't sure originally because i've never had difference coloured bangs since starting really into makeup. Much appreciated!
i just subscribed to your channel. congrats...you are doing a great job. i would never thought to blend plum and forest green together. it looks amazing. my fav...the bloopervision...keep up the good work. luv it. thumbs up :D
@chrisaro1 I like it, I don't think I'm the best at applying it though. TBH I'm kind over the whole crackle thing. I never had it as a kid so I was SUPER excited to get it and now I'm like, huh, ok then. I've been wearing plain silver for the last 2 days :)
Which shade from MAC could be used instead of the olive green shade you used on your eyelids( wet'n'wild pallete) ? Swimmining, seems to me a bit too yellowish and no sparkle... and bio green has been out of stock in UK for a while. Will go round the shops with the photo looking for the right shade... You are doing a great job! Love it!
I love this look!!! But i dont have any of those type of colours yet, but when i get more i will deffinatley try this! I love your hair, its so puuuurty!
I appreciate the unique techniques you use when applying eyeshadow :) Video request: Would love to see a video about how to use different lipsticks/gloss/liners and eyeshadows to create unique lip combinations.
The bloopers were hilarious! lol(: Your hair looks amazing, the 217 idea is amazing, and this is my favorite look you've done to date!(though I looooove the new hunger games one!) I wear this look very often now... Thank you Cora!
Love the batwing! Im totaly trying that out sumday :) and now i have to go get that wet n'wild pallet with that gorgeous green cuz i already have the other two and for some reason i didnt buy that 1 idk why but i gotta get it now.
@rhythmspiral mmm, if I reapply & remove makeup several times (like when I'm playing with makeup) my eyes can get a bit irritated. It could be your makeup (if it's old or you're allergic to some of the ingredients) or even your brushes.
Love this look and I have got to try the batwing liner cause that is freakin fantastic!!! Your bloopers totally cracked me up...reminded me of a typical day in my life..its always something but at least we can laugh at ourselves!! LOL
For shimmer or glitter shadows, u should check out the Sephora Professionel Collection brushes (black handles). Its not online but I found it instore, its a silicone tipped applicator designed to catch the fallout and let you keep more sparkle. Its my first priority buy next time I go instore, then other fun things like liner, shadow, gloss and then onwards to Lush! BTW I need fun colour hair dyeing advice. I'll tweet you!
CORA!!!!!! can i please say that i am a HUGEEEEEE and i mean HUH-YOOOOO-GE fan!!!!~ you are absolutely gorgeous and super genuine!!! thank you for always being YOURSELF and giving us great advice using your own creativity and knowledge on makeup!!!~
@omeleko THANK YOU! I can almost understand why they do it though. It seems like if you make videos longer than 6 minutes you get a lot of "you talk too much" comments, and it can wear on you. I do my best to show and teach, while being myself so my videos aren't monotonous and too boring to watch!
BTW love the purple and pink e/s shader brush, who made it, Sigma? Im in LOVE w/ MAC brushes since I got my 1st two, wondered if Sigma had the same quality? I know the Sephora Professionel brushes are almost as good...

:) I just love to watch you! xo
I love it! This is the best look using purple and green I have ever seen.
@TheJewellsparkle no, lol! It's a piece of velcro intended to hold your hair back so you can apply your makeup with out putting dents in your hair from clips :)
@banananaprincess Exactly! Purple and green are my two fave colors, I'm just so lucky that hey play nice together!
You just make my day Cora! I absolutely love your personality and how you incorporate it into your awesome videos! :)

Between feather flicks and angel kisses, you really did something amazing with mostly drugstore products. Kudos!
Thank you for being specific about ways of using the brushes, really help a lot. And batwings are so cool :)
@blooberryxx it's a piece of Velcro that holds your hair back while you apply makeup :)
I bought the Wonder Woman eyeshadow in Valiant. I love the series!!! Thanks for showing how amazing the shadow looks!!
@HeresErika Plums and Olive Greens to match, rich warm Grey would be nice too. Honestly a lot of my clothes are Black to work.
Love the look! and the tip of using the "belly" of the 217 for a clean crease.
Bought all the Lust W&W palette´s I could find when I was in the US, loooooooooove it!
I really liked that flipping the brush for the crease tip, I'm going to try that out!
Love the look, especially the bat winged liner
And you seem so excited about doing this tutorial...
@CeLeSTiaLGiRLie it's a Velcro fringe holder, it's to keep your hair out of your face during makeup application.
@MsSunshinegal27 aw thank you! It's awesome to come back to so much
My favorite look of yours so far.

@chocoballerina4 All my MAC brushes were purchased either from a MAC store or counter. When you buy though a private seller you risk getting a fake.

Which shade from MAC could be used instead of the olive green shade you used on your eyelids( wet'n'wild pallete) ? @omeleko THANK YOU! I can almost understand why they do it though. It seems like if you make videos longer than 6 minutes you get a lot of "you talk too much" comments, and it can wear on you. I do my best to show and teach, while being myself so my videos aren't monotonous and too boring to watch!
Absolutely G-0-R-G-E-O-U-S, my fave colors. LOL love the bloopers. Thank you for sharing.
