Hi 👋🏽 yeh you can easily engrave all different types of stuff there is an adjustable bed on these machines so you can raise it up and down to do different thickness materials if your looking to just engrave rather than cut you can also get diode lasers that are much cheaper they attach to cnc machine I have one and comes in very handy can cut with the cnc and then engrave using a small diode laser all
