i only skip cutscenes after i finish my NG+ playthough. Just incase i missed anything from my original playthrough. During the 3rd one i typically skip cutscenes unless they're ones I wanna watch like the opening.
I pay attention when playing the game and I also watch other people play the game so when I play it a second time I skip the cutscenes (unless like you said, it’s the ones that I wanna see again cause they’re that good)
