Today I went to the Grand Opening Forbidden Planet Int Brighton New Store Loungefly Display Funko POP Anime Shop Tour. Come shop with me! Ad
Forbidden Planet International have opened a brand new store in Brighton and they very kindly invited me to go down to film the opening!
As you walk in you cannot miss the Loungefly Minii Backpack display. Its currently the largest Loungefly display in the UK! Its the perfect way to show off the Loungefly collection. So mnay amazing Disney ones, villains, princesses, Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse!
They have an entire wall for Funko POP figures and so so many of them, even the doube and triple packs too! Many items from different anime, even heat colour changing mugs!
They have a huge Flash figure by the tills too. A candy/ sweets 🍭 section and a great selection of tshirts.
To make it even better there is a downstairs with a Kenji section, board games, Star Wars merch, Pusheen, and much much more! Even some Disney 100 mystery capsules!
They very kindly gifted me a Loungefly for going down and I picked the triple pocket Villains bag!
They also had a free goodie bag for the first 300 people and some wore cosplay to celebrate too!

Sososososo cool that you were officially invited to the Forbidden Planet's grand opening at Brighton!! You have been visiting their shops for so long, I'm glad that they recognized you as the dedicated brand ambassador that you are! 😁 That loungefly display alone would have been worth the trip. The 'Wizard of Oz' bag exclusive to Forbidden Planet was amazing, love that Oz has seen something of a resurgence as far as merch in the past decade. Those 'My Hero Academia' bags at 9:02 were the very first things I noticed when you did your early sweep, as well! Your pronunciation is just fine 😂 We watch MHA in the english dub, so for all we know, the character's own voice actors might be botching the intended pronunciation. It matters not, when the narrative remains solid! Wild to see every expansion pack for the Villainous game all in the same place, and WHAT A WALL of Pop figures! Love the Miss Marvel pop that you wound up taking home. ✨You did an amazing job of highlighting everything that the storefront had to offer. Great video, Hannah!
I couldn’t belive it! I was so lucky to be invited down! Aww Thank you Tim! I love the Forbidden Planet Int stores! I had seen a picture of the Loungefly display online but in person it was sooooo much better! We watch MHA with the subtitles!
