La inusual forma en que logran mezclar la guitarra electrica y bajo con la escencia del House es de admirar. No he conocido a nadie que haya podido desde ese legendario álbum llamando _"Homework"_
I feel like an unbelievably epic futuristic fighter jet pilot soaring through the dark yet sparkling lit night sky that never ends. These guys always have out-of-this-world uniqueness and quality!
@@calebdonaldson8770 - Yeah, as expected. You really seemed to like to their music xD As for me, I don't think I have any specific "favorite" band. Probably because I listen to music made by a single person more often than music made by a group. It's also common for me to like just a particular set of songs from a band and not care much about the rest, although I usually try to listen to as much from them as possible, and not just to the more popular stuff.
@@quadpad_music Same here. With any band or album I listen to, there are always a handful of songs I dislike. DP is a rare exception where I like everything they do. I love Plastic Beach and Tusk, but not 100%. However, Discovery & RAM are albums where I love every song. That's got to mean something, right?
That kick!! Crydamoure label has the best pumping beats.. I wonder how they achieve those hypnotic addictive dusty grooves.. I cannot stop listening! I know allot of them used an alesis 3630 back in the days but I think the secret lays in the layering of different drums/kicks together.. Still wondering.. Seems like the lower frequencies are almost always a 909 kick with other kicks layered on top to give it that smacky sound..
Same! Crydamoure and similar artists use such deep, complex, crushing baselines! That's what I love about French House. The layout is hypnotic, but the specific choice of samples is also on-point. They make it so that each beat is felt in your skin and ingrained in your brain!
According to whosampled there was one sample used for this song, but I don't know if it is these main guitar riffs or this bass guitar kinda thing, see here www.whosampled.com/sample/446106/Archigram-In-Flight-The-Joneses-Sugar-Pie-Guy/

Love the Archigram tracks on this label. French house, yes, but with a hint of rock spirit which gave them quite a singular signature.

funnily enough I listen to this song when i play GTA, flying around at sunset with a jet, it creates the most surreal feeling
Hey, you're the guy who's in all the Daft Punk videos! Makes sense to see you here.
@@quadpad_music What can I say? They are my favorite band! What's yours?

Great Track 💪🤘
Ah yes, the track that intrudes so heavily upon my mind once or twice a year
keeps me In Flight / the fight
Any idea where the guitar riffs are taken from? Or are they just original here?

Guitar and bass original, sample is just heard as layers from time to time...
