I like that last bit! “If people aren’t giving you a hard time about your prices, you’re charging too little”
I also think the higher price requires higher commitment from the buyer therefore higher chance of success higher satisfaction! Completely different perspective! Thanks Dan!
You have inspired me so much to start my youtube channel thank you so much
Great Dan , first mind set second value
In this case I think we must find out another way , it is not not how to rise the price or manipulate about clients , it's depends on the market cause every area has its own techniques , if I have to buy in higher price I should give him a higher quality so the costs will be more than I planed before , anyway it was a great illustration. Thank you Dan.
Watching this was amazing!
Actually, I also had to increase my price to about x3 in order to start getting more customers, but I'm thinking about increasing it again, because I'm not still getting resistance from some clients.
What you said in the end is actually true. When someone undercharges me for something, i'm like" yeah ok, excellent" 😂
This is inspiring, one thing I've come to know is when work demand is high, that's the exact time to start increasing your price irrespective of the nature of your business. I started my services charge at $25, then, I increase it to $50, and as soon as more clients keep coming and I keep getting busier and better, I increased it to $75, then, $100, then $125, it's currently at $150. Yesterday I was imagining how I've been able to transition from $25 to $150 with the same kind of service, that's basically how it works. I haven't gotten to Dan's level of 1000$ much less of charging 2000$ but I'm optimistic that better days are coming, just I've plan to diversify my works. Dan, you've been a motivation to millions of people, entrepreneurs, and business owners across the world, and I'm saying thank you.
Such an important advice! Time is indeed money and we mustn't value ourselves less. Thank you Dan!
Brother time is not money, that is poverty language, rich people all over don't trade their time for money but poor people do!
My name is Lok, Dan Lok.
thank's very much Sir.

This also happened to me when my girl friend asked me to increase my service fee she asked me to increase it 5x I was like no one would ever pay but guess what I even got more sales I later realized some of my older clients didn't pay not because they didn't have the money but because they thought it was just too cheap too good to be true 🤔

In our country every price is high customers making their faces even for low price some want almost free n some trying to keep the price low by mentally effecting the sale man 🤣
Where're you originally from?
I actually priced my entire collection at a very high amount to get noticed. I am getting too much resistance. Haha Is that a good approach?
Nice, that's the basic concept of mentoring, it may sound crazy at first 😂😂, but like you said never argue with results, it's always what you didn't expect

Hi,
You are Nigerian?
I'm one. The struggle is real. I doubled my product prices but I didn't just do that.
I improved my packaging and turned shopping with me into an experience.
You have to prove to people why it's worth the price I guess.
And what's your target audience?
I sell luxury Hand-picked Jewelry pieces, it's not for everyone.
Don't target everyone.
I have gotten a ton of customers and I'm working harder on building my brand. Good luck
