I like how La Blogotheque doesn't shut the world out. Music is very much a part of the every day world that we live in (or it should be) and these videos remind us of that. Music is something that happens-- something that we can all join into and be a part of.
there's something incredibly cinematic about the way this was filmed, the people it stars. really enjoyable to watch, and i'm pretty blown away by the authenticity of Michael. great stuff!
I love it when I can tell a quality musician is also a class act. Michael seems like an easy going guy and I'd be honored if I ever got the chance to just drink some tea with him, never mind hear him play in the middle of a coffeehouse.
How many artist i've known thanks to La Blogotheque? Michael Kiwanuka... Tom Brosseau...........................Damn, so many i can't remember all of them. Thanks
After watching this video I was in such a happy peaceful state I was actually just smiling for no reason; and than I read your comment and your in a rage about the people in the cafe lol. It's understandable though, if I was there I would've pulled up a chair and sat quietly with my jaw dropped and my ears open :)
Love Michael Kiwanuka he is so talented, him and La Blogotheque go hand in hand.
