Some children are too blind to face the reality of what parents are going through just to make their ends meet. Ungrateful kids need to at least open their eyes and see for themselves.
I felt so bad for the mom as she was being abused by her ungrateful son, cheating husband and an abusive tow truck company. Her mom was a great support for and finally she got a well deserved break with a job. I am glad that she said no to her cheating husband who wanted her back. Great story, script and acting.

That was just another way for the dad to play mind games. He’s using is power as a weapon to win their son over.
That boy is so ungrateful and mean to his mom. She’s doing the best she can do and he’s asking for expensive af things.
I will admit I sometimes do resort to my dad for some things but it’s not very often and I don’t hold that dangling over my mom when she can’t buy me something.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have my share of tantrums and even being upset when my mom didn’t buy me something but I always apologized later on especially after realizing how stupid I was.

but this was different. This actually is a nice story. Basically it happend to me, when my mom dumped my dad and just flew to japan to meet another man. This really hit home for me. I was in that phase as the son was, with my mother and did not appreciate a lot when I was younger. Growing up and realizing a lot, has definitely changed my perspectives about my mother and the situation of having separated parents. Seeing how the son blew up about the situation, the mother crying and struggling to keep a child happy let alone herself; it really got to my feelings. Then the end was filled with a happy ending. I love your videos as always, Dhar Mann! It would also be kind of cool if you had produced a movie with your cast, something I would definitely watch!

“I was in that phase as the son was, with my mother and did not appreciate a lot when I was younger”. I’m betting this happened when you were 13 and now your 16 and think you know better. Listen, the mom in this video was not in the right. She’s framed as “selfless” while also wanting to have a moral code. The son was not blowing up the situation, he gave her an easy way for him to have a gift, and she refused to make any smart moves. When she broke her piggy bank for ONE gift, was what really seals the deal on her bad character. She literally wanted to make her son walk just so she can avoid the secretary. Obviously she’s mad, but if you can make your life, AND your son’s life easier, and you give that up because of your own foolish moral code then that is NOT selflessness and she is most definitely not in the right. There are so many examples of how she could’ve avoided hardship for herself and her son which she gives up, because she’s mad. Not to mention how her moral code makes her entitled and makes her think things should just happen for her for not real reason. Honestly I do NOT think dhar mann should be teaching life lessons for the next generation, the world is going to be doomed.

This one really hits.The fact that every year something new and in style comes out and my mom tries to do the utmost best even when she has nothing shows how much a mom actually does even when she knows that she cant. I always get upset at her for buying them for me and not keeping the money for herself knowing that she needs it more than i do for something trendy. When Troy gave his play station back and essentioly told his dad that he doesn't really want to see him again it made me so emotional. Even though Troys dad was so wrong towards his ex i coudn't even imagine your kid not wanting to spend time with you again.
He deserved it, though. If my either of my parents did that to our family, I'd make it clear that I never want to see them again
