It's like chal toh chand tak nahi toh shaam tak. My experience is so worst that I didn't took delivery of ola S1pro gen 2 in Nov 23 due to defective product. Ola electric said they won't fix them or replace vehicle. as the money was already paid. I raised dispute in consumer court without taking delivery. Now ola electric is enjoy my money and case is going on . My Rs.164974 at risk without a vehicle. DONT EVEN THINK TO BUY.

Chetak ka ek problem hai if u r riding at 50 km/h ,if uncertainty down ur acceleration , then it will slow down on mid road like using hard break jo ola main esa Nehi hai, Har electric scooty main issue hai , electric scooty chalana hai to issue ko jhelna padega, hamare ghar main iqub ola s1x chetak tino gadi hai..
Not everyone facing probelm my friend purcahsed this without down payment he paid emi in his petrol cost and still rocking 😂 and we just watching reviewed and getting head ache

24.10 main s1x 4 kw kharida, same problem, ek sath dono break dabaya to accelerator Kam Nehi karta hai, it's very panic and irritating on rushed area..
I own 3kw version. Top speed in normal mode is 72 not 90. At higher speed it has absolutely no stability. Suspension and sensors are major problems. In just 600 km of run it has already lost some of its acceleration somehow.

never buy it... low twch product.. many issues... poor service ... kept scooter 25 days in service center for a fuse repair..... 300 scooter for repair and few mech working ... no assistance ... no waiting room... no customer support ... horrible... never buy
Worst service ever, showing battery 8 years warranty in online site of ola (OLA S1x+)& facing problem with charging within 1 year & Ola says that pay 67000 for replacement of battery even the scooter is in warranty. Worst service & fake description. Ola is a scam for money making with their worst product from innocent customers.
Got delivery today and Ola s1x showed its colors. I was driving it back to home and suddenly battery with 69% dropped to 3%. And it went into parking mode. I had to drag that thing to Service center. Please don't buy this vehicle. If you can take the effort to go to service center frequently, then you can. Very poor build. No quality control. No quality check. They just assemble and send it to customer.
