Daniel Koehler and Marcus Guderle on Data Security, Kumara Hirimburegama on Agriculture | GEP 2022

Lawyer and media expert Daniel Koehler talked about legal data protection in the digital world. A response by Dr. Marcus Guderle, Chairman of GEP Germany, highlighted the abuses of data privacy and what is called ‘surveillance capitalism.’ The discussion was followed by a submission by the GEP Minister for Agriculture Prof. W. Kumara Hirimburegama on human culture and agriculture in the digitalized world.
GEP 2022 was held on December 9-10 on the theme "Maintaining Our Humanity in the Digitalized Future." This is the first part of the submissions on Day 2 of the 12th Global Energy Parliament.
