Jasmine! Great video! Now! Don't let me be the first to tell you that you should collect some of those artworks for your apartment and new upcoming home in Aburi! Yeah!
To add, Legon botanical garden for fun activities. If you want to swim or wants your kids to learn how to swim, University Of Ghana swimming pool is the place. They charge though. The pool is behind the University of Ghana stadium.
So love this video!!! If I am ever able to make to Ghana.... I pray you will be my tour guide!!! The shot at 13:42 is beautiful!!! You and your purse have become part of the exhibit!!!😎😎😎👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Jasmine ain’t letting that dude swindle her on glasses 🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️ They tried to get me too but my friend stepped in to negotiate lol Also as a humble mention, I went to the Afrikiko restaurant/ bar they had live music there too ! I thought it was a pretty awesome setting 👍🏿❤️🇬🇭
Jasmine, you look stunning in your dress to +233. I like the shirt. I saved the video to check out the food on my next trip to the motherland. Thanks for the tour.
Good day. Thanks for the nice video. I’m sure you caught the actual year the fort was built (1673) by now. Are there any real estate companies or businesses that you suggest to rent from? Thank you.
I always enjoy your content. You do a great job. I was down there earlier this year when the noise ordinance went into effect for the entire month and I love every bit of it. Mostly bcuz of all the churches that are in my area won't let us get some rest with their constant 24yr church services.
Thank you for your tourist suggestions. Personally, I'd love to engage in the Homowo festival as I'm fascinated with the traditional cultural festivals of Ghana's ethnic groups. P.S. The kenkey looks good. Which do you prefer? Ga Kenkey or Dante Kenkey!?
Wow, thanks for sharing Ghana... We also have Kempinsky & ZEN Garden in Nairobi. I hope you had a chance to see these last time. Always looking forward to another one of your well documented vlogs. ❤
Jasmine I love your hair. Did you get it done in Ghana? My ex husband is Ghanaian but we're still best friends. I was just there end of March and first part of April. I've been coming to Ghana since 2015. Everytime I'm there I always go to First Choice Salon at Achimoto Mall to get my braids done, I also bring 4 to 5 wigs to get washed, conditioned and curled. I also go to the Spintex location of First Choice for all my Pampering. I know the owner Faustina Adjagar, she's a great business woman and very beautiful inside and out. I Love the fact that she checks her clients to make sure they're ok, Amazing Customer Service. The place is a Beautiful 3 story building in Spintex. She employees many people so everyone would be taken care of. So if you're in Ghana again you have to stop by, you're be glad you did. Ghana is my retirement destination ❤🇬🇭
The date you mentioned is not correct my dear. Fort James, Ghana Fort James is a fort located in Accra, Ghana. It was built by the Royal African Company of England (RAC) as a trading post for both gold and slaves in 1673, ...
This is soo helpful as im coming for 2 weeks in august with my 13 year old and im trying to find a couple more things to do. Any ideas on a venue for a nice sweet 14th dinner for a couple of teens?. The reviews of skybar aernt too inviting tbh but lets see.
Rose Garden or my weku gardens will be lovely for that. Make a reservation before going to skybar and go on a week night it’s much better and less crowded xx
@JasmineAmaa Omg Jasmine your a life saver thank you soo much for that I've been on the phone to my weku today and soo far it's deffo looking like the venue I was after. Thanks again keep up these type of videos to help people like me out and also I love the vids where you show us a day in the life of local people trying to pave a way for themselves. All the best beautiful.
Beautiful!❤😊At this point l think Ghanaian ministry of information and ministry of tourism and culture should be sharing their budget with you jasmine, you are doing a better job than those lot.😅
@@JasmineAmaa thanks so much jasmine, sorry I've been trying to ask you a question but I think it should be a private discussion, I'm a Nigerian by citizen, I will like to know the cost of having a property in Ghana most especially Accra, cost of getting a land and building a house for business purpose.
People watching: the action or practice of spending time idly observing people in a public place. For example: "each seat has a view of the park across the street and is perfect for people watching" Hope this helps😊
Why you left Kumasi regions too early. I believe there are many towns into Kumasi which fans will like to see from your Channel. Aren't you from Kumasi yourself..?? 😂
I would like to see Jasmine deal with the topic of crime in Ghana. Many potential visitors are discouraged from visiting because Ghana's reputation for crime, in particular robbery and kidnapping, are listed as warnings, at least for citizen's in the US and Canada.
Don't believe everything you read. The same issues are rampant in the USA at a much higher rate. Check the stats..Many African Americans cite peace & low crime levels as their reason for moving to Ghana
Kidnapping in Ghana? Don't confuse Ghana with Nigeria ok. USA is more dangerous than Ghana. I listen to news videos in Chicago and Philadelphia. The amount of murders that happens daily in Chicago alone exceeds what happens in Ghana in a year
@@YvonneM125 When what I read comes from the US State Department, which rates Ghana "Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution" due to "Violent crimes, such as carjacking and street mugging..." I pay attention. Again, since the issue is out there this could be a useful topic for Jasmine to address in future video.
For the US to describe Ghana as violent is funny. I don't remember the last time I heard of kidnapping in Ghana. Armed roberry is now rare. Of course, petty crimes like pick pocketing is found in crowded places like beaches but that is expected
@@OduroSaka I appreciate getting these responses on the crime topic. As a 71-year old white American who is considering travel to Ghana I do want to know what the truth is regarding safety there. Jasmine, if you are reading this thread, please let your subscribers know your thoughts. You promote Ghana so vigorously it seems appropriate to mention the topic in one of your videos.
this is the period i would have wished to visite Ghana, see how calm everything is... As for December di33 never again! 😅 Done it 3years in a row and its gets worse every year. Crazy increase in prices, traffic is insane, overly crowed plus the heat after raining season 😵💫
