Hi Leah, if you use the blob tool with a pressure sensitive pen the lines you can create are more “natural” The blob tool creates a “shape” and you can adjust the outside edges as needed. I like the blob tool because I can use pen pressure to make the line more thick or thin as needed. I like the blob brush when I want a hand drawn look. The brush tool allows you to create a “clean” vector brush stroke. The brush tool creates a “line” and you can adjust the taper and thickness of the line. Hope that helps!
