Fifth Place: Reduce, Reuse & Recycle Paper: Save Trees

The project Reduce, Re-use & Recycle Paper: Save Trees in Zambia was a year-long class CAS Project aimed at solving the student's school’s littering and storage space scarcity problem caused by paper wastage. Many rooms were occupied mostly with old, unused paper. The team successfully delivered 721kg of paper to a local paper-recycling company, raising K721 for future charity donations. All this helped revive school storage spaces, promote sustainable paper consumption, save trees and mitigate climate change.
