GoPro Let Us Down, Trying out The DJI Osmo Action 4. Is It Better

- First outing with our new DJI Osmo Action 4 camera's and we are so happy with them. GoPro have let us down for the last time. They just suddenly and for no reason kept turning off.
Gave up on GoPro last year. Moved to dji. Best move ever. No faults
Agreed, I did the same and couldn’t be happier.
Had so much unusable footage from the GoPro 10 that in frustration I stopped filming my motovlogs and subsequently my UA-cam channel suffered 2022/2023.

I used GoPro from 7 (their best model in terms of reliability), 8, 9 and 10. The GoPro 10 was the most unreliable action camera I ever owned that I even returned it to GoPro for a replacement.
GoPro was consistently unreliable with plenty unusable footage; if I filmed 10 segments then only two or three of those segments might be okay and the rest unusable.
Unfortunately with all the lost footage and my frustration with GoPro not working properly, my UA-cam channel suffered in 2022/2023 due to lack of videos.
Last year I took a chance and switched to DJi and couldn’t be happier! I’ve got the DJi Osmo Action 4 and it just works, every ride, every time! With a reliable camera it’s reinvigorated my motovlogs and I’ve been uploading consistently this year (since owning the DJi).
My experience with DJi has been that good that I’m thinking of adding a second DJi to my bike (possibly the DJi Osmo Action 5) and will relegate the reliable DJi Osmo Action 4 to my handlebars.

Surprised it’s taken you so long to realise that GoPro has gone down the swanny.
I switched last year after the GoPro 10 was consistently unreliable with plenty unusable footage.
I’m now using a DJi Osmo Action 4 and couldn’t be happier because it just works every time.
