Rainy London seems a little more nostalgic and lovely
I used to walk around here during my lunch break to get my 10,000 steps in. Was so comfy during the rain but a pain in the summer because of all the traffic and tourists.

The building is the London City Hall where the Mayor of London and the London Assembly (local government for London as a whole) are based.
The Mayor of London is different to the Lord Mayor of London. And there are separate local governments for each borough within London, in addition to the London Assembly.
