You just did what the lazy people of P3P never even tried to. No way including at least anime videos in the UMD was impossible! Especially when Tekken 6 had all of the characters endings (and all other FMVs) intact and in good quality!
Unfortunately that's an issue with the original cutscenes themselves which have improper frame pacing due to being animated at 24fps and then encoded for the game at 29.97fps. It's just more obvious here because Kotone is the only thing not stuttering. It's something that can be fixed (and hopefully will be for the final release) but it takes a lot of work.
